I just looked at the sub rewards for SCL 10 again and realized if you can place between 401-500 you get THREE of those oh-so-sweet Standard tokens! On top of the 6 you can get from node rewards that's 9 a day! You just need to figure out how to grind just enough to not do too well because it seems like once you're out of T100, especially 200, a whole bunch of people are barely playing the event at all.

Now that 1* and 2* are SO much more valuable, I really wish they'd find a way to make standard tokens more available. I know they don't want to sell them for ISO again, because it messes up the new player experience, but there has to be some way to do it.

I would have to check my figures again but I had a bracket with 1000 in it. Went into sublevel rank 978... Just doing the 3 clears on the 3 easy levels push me around 280 or so so might be hard to get that 400 to 500 .. i think even befire paying attention i only did the 3 easy nodes and still placed top 300 or 400 ...I'm happy with making 100 per month lol

I asked for the 1* tokens to be in all the above reward tiers in the monthly questions. I don't see why that is not possible. I earn less standards than mighty or heroics by quite some margin.

I get why it's this way currently. Before Ascension, standard tokens were pretty worthless, so they mostly were reserved for the very lowest reward tiers. Adding them would have been a big nothing for most of us!

But hopefully they'll start making them more available now.

Crates of Standard Rations, offered in qtys of 100 or 300 or 1,000, for $15, $35, or $100. Choose one of the 3, once a month.

I highly doubt anyone would buy those tokens at that price. Exple was open 50 was lucky to move up 2 levels so say 100 get you 4 levels

I like the idea on vip how about every 7 days the reward be. 10 tokens (40 per month). Though like to see 25 (100 per month). For 9.99 wouldnt be bad

Standard tokens have become a bit of a strange one. Their new found value is really tied in to the 450 1* you can purchase, Taking a 1* to 5* otherwise is going to take a very long time. I wonder what the metrics look like in terms of players who have 450+ 1* is?

Sorta. Their immediate value has certainly gotten a lot better, if you bought the ascended characters.

But their long-term value has also gotten better, even if you didn't buy those guys. How else are you ever going to get the 1* and 2* characters promoted? Yes, it's a marathon. But if you never start taking steps, you'll never finish.

you could have been up there with us years ago. Placements, "Scoring Points" and holding points is a very different thing once your playing with an end stage roster against very experienced players.

The cost sequence on the superior ascension chains is, IIRC, $10 – $20 – $40, $70 total. Not cheap.

The new character chain, as for 3Mancha currently running, is, IIRC, the same.

$80 is whale spending territory.

Putting Honey Badger up makes a lot of sense as an offer that appeals to people who are driven by a need to keep up with all releases and max them as they go.

Note: 64 3s x $80 = $5,120 on ascending 3*s. If you bought every one as they came along.

On the topic of ascending 3s, is there any concensus on which 3s will be the most powerful at 5 yet? Knowing it will take a LONG time, I’m not sure who to favorite. They do come pretty quick when favorited at least
