I'm a fan of the Cage Matchless Store. My Switch is 2/1/1 and I wouldn't mind adding some champ levels to Gargantos. No doc strange is greatly appreciated too.

Wong and Hit-Monkey counters each other because they have supernatural tag. However, Wong also boosts Hit-Monkey attack.
Electro and Wong could be a fun defense team against a certain team. Wong will have time to gather 7 purple ap to stun the opponents.
And is Away a new status in the game, like invisible, stunned or airborne? If so, would he be considered inactive ally, which would help to trigger other abilities like Cyclops' passive? Lastly, will his countdown tile stop counting down while he's away?
The damage for summoned character seems really low though.

Do abyss tiles count as "special"?
0 -
No, unless they stealth changed it.

Sounds like a good 3rd for Polaris/BRB team
Looks like 5/3/5

Do abyss tiles count as "special"?Probably? It doesn't say "friendly" or "enemy" so it most likely counts abyss, web, the Black Hole, etc. It is unclear if those "neutral" tiles count as "special."
I'm curious about the "away" status, too. Is it like airborne but not actually airborne for the purposes of other abilities?

A few notes:
- Mystic Mending offers true healing, not burst healing. The scalar on it is also a bit borked at the second, may not be final.
- 'Away' status is just that. The character in question isn't on the battlefield. When in this status, they cannot interact with the battle in any way, offensively or defensively. It's hard to deal damage when you're literally in Timbuktu.
- Special tiles currently refer specifically to SAP tiles, but we may well be updating that. If it does, that'd be post launch
- Note that Wong is Supernatural himself, so he gets his own Red Passive boost. So when reading powers, take that into account. However, we balanced without this buff in effect, so it's all gravy.

The void tiles do not count as special.
Good to see we've reached the point where everyone evaluates every new character based on the slim possibility that they'll counter the one dominant team in the game!
I don't think Wong counters Chasm. All of his stuff seems really, really complicated so it's hard to evaluate it. With most of the other "pick a color to do a different thing" powers, you'd only ever pick the color that does damage, so the other effects are kind of irrelevant.
But he's got decent passives, and his active abilities cost 7/6/7AP, so at the very least he'll be usable, and possibly quite good.

Wooo. The first true team heal in X years after they changed true team healing to burst team healing.
Electro/Wong looks like a viable counter team against Chasm/iHulk with those constant healing as long as iHulk fires his AoE every turn. Gather 7 purple aps while Electro builds up 5 yellow aps passively each turn. When Chasm is about to be downed, send Wong Away so that he can come back to stun Chasm in time and triggers his cd to down him. By then, the cd would have accumulated significant amount of reduced damage. Once Chasm is downed for good, fire Wong's yellow repeatedly to true heal the team. However, it depends on how the interaction occurs. My assumption is that his cd won't count down but continue to accumulate damage while he's Away.
If character tiles are changed to be part of special tiles, then all other character tiles, past and present, would be weaker. Morbius would be a good pick-3 against Chasm in the future.

Love his large toolkit, which is what you'd expect from a magic-user. He's a solid 3rd for Eyeball team, all you need is to focus on getting yellow to keep yourself alive.

a 3-turn Fortified Wand of Watoomb Countdown tile
When it expires or is matched, Wong releases the stored energy
Since the CD tile is fortified, does this mean it could trigger more than once if matched when fortified?

He does a lot of stuff but not much of it looks too exciting.
- Does wand of watomb decrease damage for everyone on the team or just wong?
Wand of Watomb: Seems complicated. You need AP to get the damage reduction (and scarlet witch does it better), which is only for 3 turns, and THEN, unless it gets matched, you have to wait for the spell to go off. And other than the healing, most of the spells just put out SAP tiles that other 5* can do better.
Bolts of Bathak: It drains 3 of your OWN strongest color for, at best, 2 red and 2 purple? Seems wrong/weak
A wong entrance: Rescue and She hulk power seem bad/weak choices. And crismon bands seems weaker than normal too as you can't choose the color and it's only 2 turns.
He definitely seems like the definition of a jack of all trades. He can do a lot of stuff, but doesn't do any of it super well. And half of it takes a few turns to do that. Just seems like the opposite of powers I really want, trying to plan 2-3 turns in advance and hoping it actually works out that way.

I didn't even notice that. It's hilarious that his yellow power is just "Scarlet Witch, but worse in literally every way."

You're right. What the heck is the point of Bolts of Balthakk? If Red is your strongest color, you drain 3 Red AP to get up-to 2 Red and 2 Purple. I don't see why there needs to be an AP drain when there is so many decent AP batteries in the 5* tier (e.g., BRB, Thor)
0 -
Pretty sure it drains 3 enemy AP of your strongest color.. and adds purple and red to yourself
0 -
The red has pretty good damage on it for the AP cost.
I wonder if yellows damage reduction will work with other characters damage reduction since it reduces all damage. The yellow abilities are pretty meh, and as a damage reduction source it is also meh.
If Wong uses his purple while the yellow countdown tile is out will it still reduce damage?
With his purple can you summon a character that is already on your team?I'm not sure we will see much of this character in pvp, and I don't really see a place to slot him in for pve either. I don't think this is a character I would want to specifically chase.

Once again, players compare each category of power of new releases against meta character who can do it better.

Wait...they're all 5*? Hmm. Where in the game does it show me who's a "meta" character?
