If you manage to get her into limbo she should be wiping the entire enemy team in a few turns.

Didn’t like the Magick thing because it’s team damage, so over 13k per turn and tried her with Switch and then with Apoc and BRB to prevent the damage, but neither worked. Don’t want to use her for clears because of the self damage. Ideally, you’d use her with a damage meta character, but they don’t mitigate power damage. Just won’t be able to use her for what I wanted. Wish I had chosen someone else. Emma is good. Devpool could be good.

Have you tried magik with 3may and m'baku? Both those can benefit from the self damage. Might have too much color overlapped or too slow.

Devpool could be good.It sounds like you just chose the wrong character for your roster/what you're trying to accomplish.
Magik is very good, and very, very fast, though. Self damage powers in general are underrated, because lots of times they prevent damage. 4k per turn is much less than I'd take from, say, Omega Red, so if Magik helps kill him quickly I'm coming out way ahead.

Devpool could be good.I was disheartened by the amount of team damage at first also, fortunately though she is still really good before you're even in limbo and once in limbo no on survives long.
I personally use her as a board shaker / AP generator. Consider trying:
3 Magi, 5 Goose, 5 Heim - they can go infinite pretty quickly and you never have to take any of her team damage (I did a more detailed breakdown of this one in the fun teams thread, I love this team)
Her team damage isn't quite as annoying as Deathlok since you can actually avoid it by being airborne (away also of course). So, other generators and shakers who do this can be good, Vulture etc.
However, if you just want to end things quickly, she looooves Northstar, she is a top tier black generator and usually with Northstars, as soon as soon as you have 6 black, the match is on it's way to over.
Other wins of note:
- Spidermay actually dodges her team damage and creates protect tiles
- Bong can outheal her damage
- Her and 4 Beast have excellent synergy
- Add in supports and things can end very quickly
She is actually one of my favorite characters in the game and is a strong choice through all star levels, but the new 3 stars have definitely been surpassing her in value. Either way, hope that helps!

Maybe try teaming her with ascended mbaku. He likes increased match damage and doesn't mind getting low on health.

Love all the ideas. Almost have Northstar ascended. That could be cool. The Beast thing is cool and I’m getting close to ascending him. I’m a long way from ascending M’Baku though.

Seems like with Multiple Man and Coulson you could generate enough CDs on turn 1 to take out any node on turn 2? Would love it if you gave it a try

who is the best team up generator right now? 2* ms marvel still? not sure if there is even anything to be gained by pushing the countdown timers down like that with numbers like this. Mine is currently at 3*, and for 8 yellow she can create 9 team up. Coulson will spend 2 team up to reduce a friendly CD timer by 2 if you make a match with 6 team up in the bank.

That passive does go off occasionally, but these CDs hit so hard that it's better to focus on making more of them than getting them to go off 1 turn faster.
Coulson has another passive that's easy to forget, too -- every time a CD goes off he generates 1 random AP. Riri's powers are so cheap that he can often generate another cast of something for her.

Anybody have Vampire Jubilee ascended yet? I'm curious what she and infamous doom can do by scaling attack tiles by tens of percent per turn at high levels. That feels like it could escalate very fast.

Does anyone know what happens to 3* Angel when ascended to 5* ? I only recently realised that the damage numbers at 4* ascended are quite... interesting...? Can't imagine there is another huge increase.

Having Aunt May as a partner would help since she puts Yellow tiles on the board every turn so you'd have a chance to luck into a few extra matches. Same with an ascended Cloak and Dagger who transformed etc.
Not sure what other easy Yellow generators there are.
