I think it's because Gargantos really shines only w/ 5Hawkeye. if you don't have have him+gargantos together, Gargantos is just "MEH" as you need 5HE's AP generator to fuel Gargantos.

Not everyone had 5HE if they skipped him, he's a really old 5* now-a-days.

It's not just that. It's also that HE is so squishy and is left out in the open when playing with invis gargantos. It's a good combo, but it's not quite fast enough or sustainable enough to be the best. and since fosthor came out around the same time garg was pretty quickly forgotten.

I agree with that. I see what they're doing - they're doing a cross-section of all the tiers, but people are much more likely to be in a place to Ascend characters in the lower tiers, so having all the 1 and 2 stars done early makes the most sense.

Yah its daylight savings time same thing happened with the deadpool daily , the Iron first danny rand promo came an hour before the deadpool daily . So I think it will come in about 18 minutes .

I’ve thought for a long time that Shang’s design was based off 1-Star Hawkeye; now that seems even more true with his new power! He is now self generating Red & Purple AP when using his Red & Purple powers , which also generate AP. That alone makes him a viable 5-star. Add in a cost reducer like 4-Star Lord and he goes winfinite

Apparently 2-star Bullseye is now ascendable. I wish the devs communicated that!! I had 2 x 144 Bullseyes with 22 more covers in my queue this morning. Since I had no expectation that he could ascend today and my oldest Bullseye cover was about to expire, I sold the 144 and started him over. Now the dupe is at 103.

So, instead of having a 202 Bullseye (along with champ rewards) and an open roster slot, I now will wait 3-4 weeks for the dupe to hit 144 again. Thanks y’all, appreciate the communication on this.
