My Big Enchilada team is 4* Carol, Medusa, and Wasp.

So much fun.

Rah rah girl power and things of that nature.

So a couple teams that I like to use during PVE are:
Nova, Fist and 3Strange - this make goons battles pretty quick.
Another decent one I like is:
Mr.F, 4Blade and 3Falcon - no active red so Once bloodlust gets going along with imutanagaint , matches can end quick. With falcon shields Mr.F will be healing the treat.

In PVE, I use OML, 3* , 3*

OML must have yellow and black for this to work. Fist gets purple that powers black, which supercharges fist's tile and strange's blue and yellow. OML tanks and heals up for everything. Fist's green is just a bonus, but it does help.

An even faster version of this is IM40, Patch, and Strange. IM40's yellow speeds out Patch's green and red, spitting out enough strike tiles to turn Strange into a one-man goon-wrecking crew.

if by opposite of fun, i ran against a Medusa/Carnage/4*Cage in Simulator. i never want to do that again. It did make me want to build those guys up though.

Wasp/3*Falcon/3*Strange is tons of fun. Every yellow gets tactical intuiton for wasp and inspiration for falcon. I was hitting for over 9k damage a match near the end after you flip a bird strike a few times.

Swap 2Bullseye for Strange and you'll find synergy off the charts.

I'm having fun lately with my champed Medusa and Bl4de along with either IM40 or Strang3; IM40 in PvP or character nodes in PvE, Strang3 for goon nodes.

For starters, it's full rainbow coverage with an active power in every color (except for yellow when I use Strang3) and four or five passives (depending on if I use Strang3).

Of course, Bl4de's passive is a bit dependent on a board with enough red tiles, but if he gets going putting out Strike tiles and I can match a few of Medusa's CD tiles to stack some Attack tiles, it starts adding up quickly. Flames of the Faltine packs a serious punch, or if IM40 gets Recharge off, then Bl4de switches to Bloodlust and that's a pretty good chunk of damage each turn, plus the AoE from his green attack.

And if any of the Strike or Attack tiles get matched, Medusa has the burst healing for the whole team.

I recently got a few more Wasp covers, getting her to 4/3/3. I might try her in place of IM40/Strang3 next. If only I had some more covers for my 5trange, for that 5* match damage...

I'm finding Drax and War Machine to be a surprisingly good combo with both of them boosted this week. Drax's red is insane when he's boosted -17k on a full health target for 8 AP. Particularly in the IM40 event I can usually wipe out the entire enemy team, or very nearly so, with one recharge:

Recharge 
Slice & Dice x2 (requires a couple red matches) on the characters I haven't been matching on - 34k
Heat Signature Detection - 15k and change
Gatling Gun - 3k-ish x3, plus board shake

Throw in the odd Secret Weapon when the board makes it reasonable for an extra 9k here and there, and whatever's left standing generally doesn't last long. If the board is starved for yellow, consuming Gatling Gun with The Destroyer is good for around 30k on a single target as well - even 5*s can't shrug that off.

theres amazing chemistry with these teams. Medusa and Elektra can get green, blue, purple, and black AP from their passive and CD tile. They also love stealing tiles and strengthening them AND doing CD damage. IW has got a really good nuke in her green and good board control and defense with her blue and yellow powers. They coincide very well with Elektra. When Elektras Shadow Step is on the field while Sue is invinsible, Elektra will tank more colors. Elektra, Sue, and Medusa all generate special tiles in one way or another so Medusa's passive keeps them alive well with her passive. 

As for BigPun instead of IW, the cause for that is if you want more devastating offense once an opposing character goes down. Medusa and Elektra feed him well.

I'm having a lot of fun with IM40, Moon Knight, and 4* Captain Marvel, especially with Moon Knight being boosted right now.

Cloak & Dagger with champed Mordo is a lot of fun.    With the passive black tiles being created so quickly it is very easy to fire off his black and then pick up a couple of the charged tlles to be able to fire it the next round too.  
Wish my Iceman was also champed because that would accelerate it even more.  Purple to make more blue all the while getting tons of black.

stumbled upon a team that I will soon make my official Peggy-killer team. TAHs CD deals 1874 right now. Need this to deal damage to Peggy while I gather AP. GGs black and C4ges yellow is only 8 AP and hit very hard. With CDs all over, GG will be fortifying tiles for C4ges yellow. Peggy is usually teamed with IM40 and if either of them get their CDs off, I use TAHs green power to destroy as many of them as I can. 

Just need to champ C4ge.

I'm just starting to get my 3*'s champed and play PVE for the most part.  Right now my favorite team is 3* Iron Fist, 3* Luke Cage, and 3* Cap (approx lvl 170 ea).  During the Hulk event, I was able to do my most ever 1-turn damage total using IF green, IF purple, LC black 3x in a row, then the LC yellow uppercut to finish.  Of course, I had to charge up the black AP first, but IF purple is handy for that.  Cap was just there to round out the blue and red powers if needed.  It helped that LC was buffed for that event.

My next favorite team is 3* Dr. Strange as support where the other 2 characters just need to have all 6 colors present, for example, 3Thor and Dr. Doom.  I use this against goons.  It's just a meat grinder when the goons start putting down countdown tiles.

Hey, that's a great idea, thanks. I haven't used her too much yet.  I did use her with Deadpool to generate purple.  I will give your assembly line a try!

I have a new team of 4 star champs that I've been playing around with in shield simulator.  Blade, Ant Man and Medusa.  Blade and Ant Man both are able to generate special tiles that trigger Medusa's healing and the passive damage done each turn just seems to escalate as the match goes on.

For some reason I'm having so much fun with Strange 3*, Thanos 3* and Luke Cage 4* for goon nodes and Patch, Medusa, Scarlet Witch elsewhere.
