I am wondering if there is another stealth factor like mmr. I have not seen the lvl 230 guys yet but they top just over 200 for a while but I couldn't play and they seemed to have fallen back.0

There's definitely a personal bias.
My Steam account with its level 15 iron man 35 in the main event sees just level 1 enemies. Whereas I see level 80ish with this account. Iron man cannot overcome moonstone and Daken at 200% buffed, so cannot look at levels inside the subs.0 -
I would just like to understand how having these fights spiral into the 200s is anything more then a way to try and squeeze money out of people. It would make more sense to me if the amount of money they wanted for stuff wasn't completely unreasonable. Are we really supposed to be out there spending money on health packs to recover after we've been crushed by the level 230 squad for the umpteenth time? You get 5 of them for 200 HP... your entire team dies you're out 3 health packs. The way events ran before "dynamic scaling" seemed much more enjoyable then what we're being given now.0

Harkening back to my earlier question, I did cave and buy the x10 pack for the guaranteed Loki.
I ended up with five 3* covers (Loki purple, C. Magneto blue, Doctor Doom black, Hulk red x2) and five 2* covers (C. Storm yellow, Capt red, Capt yellow, and Moonstone black x2). So yes, the pack can provide more than just the buffed heroes and turned out (perhaps by sheer luck) to be a better value than the Diabolical x5 pack...even if I did end up selling four of the covers. Only winning Psylocke will help to justify the expense, though...0 -
How do you kill 230lvl boosted Daken ? HE heals like crazy and strike tiles destroy me fast
And another thing, when i attack him first and loose he was ~180lvl, when i try to fight again hes ~200lvl , i quit and call it a day but this morning hes 230lvl. I thought the lvl increase from wining but i didn't fight any more between this, didn't play the game at all.0 -

Beat the missions you can, leave the ones you can't. level up and do better next time.
It Is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE to make all missions fair for competitive play AND providing some challenge AND having everybody be able to get all progression rewards AND have some reason why it's better to have a better team.
There is NO SCENARIO that would please.
I was on board with TaT and Oscorp hate, but this is too far.
You want to win. So if it's too easy then 'It's too grindy, whoever plays the most wins'. So then it's too hard 'I can't get enough rewards, wah...' So it scales based on you beating things 'I shouldn't be punished for winning' so then it scales globally 'I want to start late' so then rubber banding 'I don't want to have to wait to start to win'

How about a fair challenge?
If I play a few rounds, it shouldn't end up with the game saying "Oh, that was too easy? Well, how about this?" over and over until it becomes impossible. I understand progressive difficulty increase, that makes sense, but there has to be a way to lower it again. There has to be a way for the game to work out a happy medium. Challenging but not impossible.
Like if I can maybe squeak past a level 150 fight now and then (like, 1:4 win/loss ratio) the game could drop them down to maybe 130 and see how I go. Instead of seeing that one win and say "Huh, too easy obviously" and bumping them up to 180 so my win loss goes to maybe 1:8. And again, that one win "Huh, this must be too easy too, so hre's a level 200 team" and I simply don't play it because my time is better spent elsewhere.
And it's not limited to that one fight. If I win another fight, that level 200 fight will increase. Because that makes sense, right? I can beat a gang of level 100s, therefore the level 200 fight must be too easy for me too.0 -
So I played early managed to complete easy sim fully and then got on to the hard one managed to complete both paths excluding final link when they're at 60 or so at the time. I get repeatedly tpked by the 5k ISO-8 battle on hard multiple times so I go to sleep thinking that "hey it's not like their levels will damn near triple overnight." Check back in and their levels have all been increased by 100 or so. My main covers are 65 A. Wolverine (who I couldn't use) 65 OBW and 65 C. Storm I do not have even one spidey cover so I can't just pull out the boosts and start stun locking constantly. This event has more or less just decided to become more or less impossible for me to complete any further for he next few days.0

Is there a point reset for these stacks? I haven't paid enough attention, I'm too busy to grind things down. Maybe if I finish work on time today I can go after all the extra ISO I'm missing.0

Hm looks like there is reset probably. I just don't have the time to play optimally. Hopefully I don't screw myself out of Psylocke.0

I want the Psylocke covers as progression rewards, or sell it as a guaranteed pack.0 -
That initial iso rush was effing amazing. Got my Patch and Hulk up to 110 and Punisher to 97. Even had some left over to get Mags and BWGS up to 60's.
Ran through easy and hard nodes once each and remained in first in my main bracket overnight. Hoping I can continue this trend of letting the field run out to a lead during the day and then rubberbanding my way back to the top after work.
Anybody got any cheese I can pair up with all these fine whines?0 -

I am not a grinder but top 10 is realistic still for me. Having over 10k already, and the progression rewards of 300k, rubberbanding is gonna be bananas in a couple days. A part of me hopes for a little of the TAT fiasco as it helped me play 2 or 3 matches daily and still get top 25 with little effort and yes, I was facing 230s on all levels on TAT so I am slightly crazy but I just see the madness and rancor that will ensue when the lvl50 team rubberbands past you bc they got 5000 pts for fighting lvl 70 baddies. Nothing wrong with spreading the pain out equally so community scaling has merits. What troubles me is that I there is still a factor penalizing high mmr or rosters on top of scaling.0 -

Yeah I agree. I played all of TaT with level 230s from my first time clearing the first sub. So high levels is to my advantage. I'm almost top 10 with over 10K and that's with only clearing each mission once and a few of the higher point ones in the Hard Simulator multiple times.0 -
Good job devs. Looks like you got scaling working properly. I approve of this content and thanks for the easy 10k iso. For those who are whining, maybe you didn't notice the easy mode?
I suppose the devs could have separated the two tourneys so that people who can only play easy could have their day, but then likely a bunch of do nothing but play this game people, would just do both tourneys and mess with the easy brackets.
I think it'd be great to have some low level tourneys locked if you have more then 3 lvl 100+ characters.0
