Dayum, thanks buddy. Sadly it seems I got attacked at the same time which basically negated your boost. Pah.
I'm probably just going to sit around this 600-700 mark until later on when I'll make a final push and throw up a shield.

My bracket is super competitive - In first at 864, but 2nd is 842 and 3rd is 824, both running middling 2* teams. The benefits of having a strong roster is dwindling daily.

Top of my bracket is a guy with 850.
Top 5 have 700+
None of them have a char above 85.
Guy in 4th doesn't even have a guy above 70 odd.
Actually having looked at the rest of the top 10... none of them have anyone above 85.
Most of them are sporting 2* rosters.

Bacon Pants

Lots of activity in my bracket today as well. This Spencer75 (2nd 765) fella running a variation of max Hood, 111 Punisher or Mags with DD is rocketing towards me in first at 813. Spending a fair amount of HP along the way by winning one or two, shielding, and repeating.

Lots of low 2 star and 1 star rosters in the top ten also. Wish I could knock em down a few spots...

I really need the Doom covers as I only have 1 black and I can never place well in the villain LR's. Think I've got 2 diabolical and 2 Loki's. Maybe a hood once at best.

currently sitting on 164 points right now with 3 guys queued for 110 points altogether. my question is should i wait for a few hours before i push on or get to 300 and then stop until the last couple hours??

You lose less points at 300 or under (not sure if it's maybe 400) So you'd might as well push to 300 if you ask me.

I keep getting attacked now, I feel like I should probably shield to save my points, but I'm trying to save my HP.
I guess I'll probably end up at like 500. I normally always manage to get top 15 though. Top 5 would be nice however...

A Spidey squad can beat ANY team configuration as long as the blues are favorable. Once he's rebalanced, the game will drastically change like it did with the Rag rebalance. If OBW didn't exist the game wouldn't be fun for anyone in the mid tier range, and next to impossible to progress.

About 50 is OBW for me.
But she's always going to be popular considering her abilities.
I don't use her that much now but I do rotate to her every so often.
Don't think she deserves to get nerfed though - like people are saying.

If she does it should only be the odd AP tweak to her purple.

Very true, and it's a better game for having her as the 2* go to rather than Thor. At least she requires some strategy and decisions, rather than playing Thor's Cascade-O-Tron slot machine (easiest jackpot ever).

All three Widows are fun to play, and suit their levels well. MWidow + MStorm was able to beat a lot of high level teams for me when played properly (albeit slowly). Great way to start out and learn the game.

Aggressive Recon should have a fixed cost of 11 AP. Being able to get a level 3 Aggressive Recon with 2 matches in certain situations is too fast.

I still use and M.Storm sometimes. She's hands down the best 1*.
