    Proudly using your newly champed Gwenpool in R&G event and she is repeatedly killed by vicious enemy cascades. I sometimes think this game passionately hates me.  :D

    So I play the ddq at around 530 in the morning when I let my dogs out for their morning bathroom. Got all the various covers from the tokens and was apply their 2 star levels to their champed characters, when I accidentally applied daredevils 223 cover from his pve reward giving me a 14th elektra.

    Ugh, have no plans to champ her but was also not wanting to waste that cover when I eventually decided to. So much for soft capping my daredevil, but I went ahead and immediately sold my level 223 black panther cover that is in the same situation lol.

    i had a purple mordo in cue for a week. obviously have it at 5, so i finally turfed it. managed to get 2 LT tokens. pulled a purple mordo and a champ level cage. champ level cage got another LT. pulled a purp mordo. sometimes i hate this game so much.

    Quite possibly the worst set of games this week ever.  It's starting to seem that the developers are losing interest in making the game better and more interesting.

    FWIW I Think it's better in a situation like this to just sell off the fourstar cover you don't plan to use instead of stopping to level a Three-star. This is particularly true at level 223 since that is the start of the good threestar champion rewards - level 227 is the next Legendary token, for example.

    Very similar story: 2 red Blades waiting for my 5/4/3 to be championed, used all my HP to buy a Heroic 10-pack: success, I get one 3* and one 4*.... a red Blade. So, I give in and use the rest of my CP to champ Blade. Get the LT award: black IF + bonus red Luke Cage ... which is at 4/3/5 with 2 other red covers about to expire in 3 days.
    So, don't want to complain too much (bonus 4* = jay!), but I do feel robbed after spending my entire cache of HP and CP and being left with 4 red 4* covers (3 for Cage and 1 for 2/5/3 Riri).

    "Random" R&G cover was my highest number cover, again, of course.

    COLORLESS please. Or apply in order 1/0/0, 1/1/0, 1/1/1.....5/4/4.

    For about the next week or so, due to IRL commitments, I won't be able to play much. I'll miss a good deal of Venom Bomb, which doesn't bother me too much. 

    However, seeing the placement rewards will be Hulkbuster bothers me a great deal.

    Weapon Tex-Mex has just been savage to me. I haven't even cracked 300 yet. So in my last match, I had the enemy Deadpool down to < 500 health. He had 13 purple. I made a match, trying to deny the last purple, but it generously dropped the purple right on top for him. Argh! I have no powers ready. I make my move, hoping for a lucky cascade.

    51 health. From a starting pool of over 20K, he had 51 stinking health left, and dropped his whales. Over 7K AOE.

    That turned the match. Downed my Iron Man, downed my Deadpool. It came down to my Iceman vs his Nova, but I couldn't get blue, and Nova got his strikes out. The end.

    But for 51 health, I'd have won that. Instead, 3 health packs. Argh!

    EDIT: And then I lost the next match too! Completely dry board, gave me NOTHING, let him drop a Whales, then a Ballistic Salvo (after LOTT had cut someone down into its kill zone no less), and Berzerker Rage was coming my way next. Total of my powers fired? ZERO.

    Some days the bear just eats you alive and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

    Got an unusable Gwenpool purple from a Heroic token and an unusable C4rol black from Spider-Woman's first champion level - my second of each in the last week, and my 7th unusable 4* pull from my last 11.

    Whee.

    First tinykitty turn in SHIELD Sim. I make a match-3. Enemy team gets a cascade from hell. Ending AP totals: 9/12/6/20/11/10/12. So that's 80. Eighty tinykitty AP on the first turn.

    I just insta-retreated. No point.

    EDIT to add: Next match. After, oh, five turns and watching several smaller cascades go against me, I have 20 total AP, AI has 9/14/12/4/7/10/7. 63. Good grief! At least I pulled that one out (Iceman green to the rescue) but that team will be on the shelf for hours.

    Looks like PVE and PVP end within an hour of each other AGAIN.....

    Come on D3, fix this already. Either simply don't overlap the two event end times, or change the end time of PVE to 8 hours from PVP.

    Hopping towards 900 in eye for an eye, pick an easy target, roll with 2 boosted, champed 4*'s, use ap boosts, win quickly, instantly shield after, and lose 54 points.  Not sure I can have a better scenario and still got smoked and gave away 600 HP's for my troubles.

    Doing the 4-star Venom/Moonstone/Bullseye fight.  My team is 4-star Hulk, 3-star Magneto, and 3-star Falcon.  Their team-up is 3-star Magneto's Polarizing Force.  Three matches in a row, they fire off their team up the turn right before I can use 8 red AP to fire it off myself. 

    The first time, I was a little upset. The second time, I was a lot upset. The third time...there were some discouraging words muttered under my breath.

    I was trying to clear the Prof X, Iceman, Cyclops node in HoD, and they kept getting cascades with match 5's. Got wiped at least 3 times while trying to get 4 clears. Fun times.

    Opening a hoard of about 600-700 cp over the last couple of days in classic tokens and not receiving a single bonus hero. 

    Today when finishing off that hoard about 400 cp only getting one rocket and no gamora.

    of that hoard got 5 mordos, so now double pressure to champ him and gwenpool.

    Honestly, it's a minor thing, and I will get the cover I need before too long, I'm sure, but it was still frustrating. I ended up placing too well in Balance of Power, and getting some 3* Carol covers I didn't need instead of the 2* Storm green that would have let me Champ her and use all the blue covers I have sitting in my queue for her.
