    Running this Wolvie PVP, and every fight today is going sideways. Go up against an IM40? He gets yellow in like 3 turns. Bring my own? Takes me like 8. Go up against Shuri? She keeps matching fortified tiles. Bring my own? They all land in unmatchable spots. My Wolvie? Has no choice but to go to the front to eat an enemy Wolvie SS that one shots him. Enemy Wolvie actually gets his Recovery to resolve. Enemy Wolvie XForce causes a wicked cascade. Mine barely tickles the board. Enemy non boosted Xpool hits me with every stinking one of his CD tiles. Enemy non boosted Thor keeps stunning and even smiting me.

    Just got past 400 and want to throw my phone through a wall.

    I feel for you! Had an equally harrowing experience with this event. Cascades that eliminate all of your strikes at once. Enemy team then has enough AP to pummel Kitty to death. Every single match the same. Spent 15 health packs I think. Shudders...

    47 Latest pulls*, only 4 5* covers and two BH. And two of them were Rescue. Only got a single Mysterio cover, too (even with him as my BH, and another 62 Heroic pulls as well), and both the Black Cat covers were black (need one more green or purple to champ her, now at 9 black covers, including the last 5 I pulled for her).

    *I want to get more Hela covers before she leaves, but was waiting for Mysterio, since there are no other 4* I don't have Shield Training ready.

    Finding out just how brutal the 5e node with BP is. Note to self: Do not join SCL 9 unless your 5e has enough covers (my BP is a mere 2/0/2)

    I'm so angry with myself right now.
    So, I was without internet for most of the weekend and tried to plan my start/end time for PvE around this, because I really wanted the black cover for my 4/1/5 Sabretooth. Tried to make sure I could play before I left on Friday night, and when I came back on Sunday night, etc. And that worked out-- I was in a good place to get the cover on the last day! Then on Monday... I forgot. It's not that I didn't have time, I was just distracted by other stuff. When I logged on, my carefully planned start/endtime PvE had already ended. Nooooooooooooo. ****, self. No black cover for me. :/

    I had the opposite problem.  My BP is 3/2/2, and *just* high enough with the boost that he tanked all three colors for Okoye.  The only way I could keep her in front was to keep matching teamups.  The Valkyrie/MEH/Gladiathor node with his required was, as you said, brutal.

    Just queued up a 545 Kitty/271 juggernaut/370 4ocket in Simulator. Not even sure how that’s possible, I guess enough banked CP for direct buy jugs covers? At any rate, I’m going to fight it. Wish me luck.

    It’s certainly also possible to pull his cover from Juggernaut and Foes, reset, repeat, to get 14 covers.

    This was also in Shield Simulator. I have a screenshot of the team, but I don't know that I was suspicious of foul play or anything. I was more surprised by this already champed Juggernaut. And also that I was able to queue that team (wasn't a retal), given I have only 2 450-ish 5* champs on my roster...

    So I took an all-4* knife to this particular gunfight. I did better than I thought, but I didn't win in the end. I went in with Rogue/G4mora/Main Event (and 4 banked up blue AP) on the premise that Main Event would give me a jumpstart on clearing the strikes. So typically I try and stun Kitty first, but the secondary stun tagged 4ocket, leaving Juggernaut to tank everything. I was able to use Power Siphon to skim blue from Rocket, and that kept my stun train going reasonably well, but even base level max-champ rocket strikes are no bueno vs a team in the 290s. I never quite was able to Deadliest Woman that kitty off the board, and she ended up doing the ol' red countdown + several triggers from Crowd Goes Wild mega-attack tile apocalypse on me. So I lost, but I gave it the ol' college try. Vulture instead of Main Event may have been a superior choice there, not sure.

    There are at least two. One hasn’t played in quite a long time though.

    i figured the 545 is most likely a buddy of mine but was just checking.

    Just realized that the 550 Iceman was boosted, as I saw one that was LVL 542 in the Hulk event.  I checked their roster, and the Iceman was LVL 452.  Still crazy that there are folks who have him champed right after he comes into LTs, though.

    The new character boost doesn't apply to the S.H.I.E.L.D Simulator though. If you saw a 550 Iceman there, it's a true 550. I managed to champ Iceman to level 452 on Monday, and that's what he is in Sim, but he's Level 542 elsewhere the new character boost is in effect.

    5* essential on final day of Infinite Pursuit, I especially like the way someone thought: "You know what 5* Doom needs? Free black AP every turn, of course! Let's hook him up with some goons.."

    I'm only on CL8 and this annoys me no end... my sympathies to those playing on CL9. Yikes.

    I was at a loss on that node until I paired Bishop and 3* Strange with 5* Storm. My champed Bishop can only eat one of Doom's Fallen Favors (the second kills him), so:

    1) Go after Blue and between the matches and Bishop taking damage you can keep Doom stun-locked (the Kimoyo Beads support helps with the chance to gen extra blue if you have it)
    2) Fire Strange's Blue, targeting Doom and targeting Black if he has any, or Yellow if he doesn't have any Black.
    3) Match away as much Yellow and Black as possible while Doom's stunned so he doesn't get the Render Unto Doom bonus, and if he comes un-stunned before you have enough Blue to stun him again, you won't be forced to make or leave him a Yellow or Black match

    I was able to get 2 clears and my 3 CP this way.

    I was actually able to deal with it alright, but it was definitely annoying.
