It's that behavioral brain thing: if they give you something and it will expire you are more likely to have the urge to keep it because you feel it's yours . Then you click the buy HP button .
Same reason why you get junk mail saying you won a vacation, but it's 300$ processing fee, instead of selling you a vacation for 300$0 -
I can't believe the patch that is meant to significantly improve TUs manage to break the level display for TUs in the equip screen. Did they not even bother to test this at all? It's baffling to think they could somehow miss this. It always seems to be two steps forward, one step back with this game.0

On Steam, clicking Fight in the final team-up / boost selection screen is quite unresponsive now. Sometimes it fires immediately, sometimes it takes up to 4 attempts before it realises yes the cursor is over the button and yes it's been clicked.0

I threw down a Black Blade team up this afternoon and EVERY .... SINGLE.... TURN... I got to see the Blade TU pop-up appear & block the board to inform me that my TU was used. A terrible distraction and totally unnecessary.0

Lol, good to know, I thought my screen being unresponsive at times was just due to the cold weather, didn't even think it may be due to the patch release.0 -

The steam version seems to be getting slower and slower. At first blamed my computer but it seems more widespread. Less responsive, slower animation...0 -
In the interest of giving credit, the fact that the teamups I receive aren't all unusable low level (when they aren't X-Force) is a baby step towards making teamups a worthwhile feature, so there's that0

Small thing and doesn't effect any actual gameplay, but on the "Send Team-Ups" screen, it still states that you won't be able to use them for a short time. Checked after loaning them out and they are still usable. Just figured I'd let you guys know so you can fix it later.0

Pictured: The reason why Demiurge hesitates to provide a good, definitive solution for roster slot prices; the moment they do, a gang of "vets" not unlike carrion birds will descend upon them to demand their refunds, even though they have benefited from having those characters in their rosters all this time.
Not pictured: Sense.
I dunno i paid for roster slots about 3 weeks ago because i didn't want to dump my cards with 7 day expiry.
what do you think
I contacted their support about compensation for the lowered first 25 slots and was told this:
"The reduction of roster slot prices originates in making the game more accessible for all players, and we believe these changes benefit the entire MPQ community."
Benefit the entire community how? Seems to me these changes benefit anyone who hasn't already purchased 25+ slots.0 -

Perhaps it's aimed at keeping new players who otherwise would drop the game because of the expense.
Does anyone know what is the new cost of slot 25, and that of slot 26? That might be a very discouraging transition.0 -
I agree the random assigning of teamups isn't good. I've just started playing a couple of weeks ago, but already have some 3*. If I'm playing a weak FvE (like in completing the tutorials) I don't want to burn up team ups unnecessarily. Three are assigned, I use none, but then some are lost? How do I prevent this...can I? might be more of a gameplay question from a noob, but I haven't found the answer yet.
Any help? suggestions?

Team-Up Improvements
- The max level of a Team-Up is limited to the max level that character could have if they were in your roster.
- When you enter a mission, any empty Team-Up/Boost slots are filled with random available Team-Ups from your inventory.
Most of these things do sound like improvements, but I don't think these two do.
Not that I do it (as stated I don't use Team-Ups, I collect them like trophies), but part of the reason to get big level 395 Team-Ups (often in The Gauntlet), is that they can then be used in future events to defeat other big bad opponents (again, often in The Gauntlet). If defeating a 395 level Thor doesn't offer even the opportunity to earn a level 395 Thor Team-Up, that seems like it is not an improvement.
Auto-filling with TUs seems like a way of pushing TUs even harder. As if not enough people are using them by some set of metrics and after lots of time was spent developing the feature, it's going unused. So here, have more of them. In your face. Whether you like it or not.
Maybe I'm wrong though and I'll start using some of my now weakened formerly 395 team-ups since they won't be cool trophies any more.0 -

Team-Ups are only lost if they are used. Having them randomly assigned only poses a risk of loss if you accidentally click on them during the match (which should be very, very rare). If they are being lost without being used, that is a bug.0 -

There is no need to be upset, Mr. Rhino. You will not use any team-ups that you do not actually use in the match. They are merely being plugged into empty slots. I find it to be really handy, especially when you are constantly up against or using guys whose team-ups you would actually like to use once in a while. I run X-Force a whole lot (like everyone else who has him) and so I end up with 20 various flavors of Wolverine that I have to plug back in every other match. It's a hassle to say the least. The update has eliminated a lot of that hassle. And I still forget to use them anyway!0 -

Auto loading TU's is in my opinion one of best updates lately. Many times I regret I hadn't take any TU which finally could be helpful. It is very handy now that you don't have to worry about this.0

Can the next change be to automatically destroy any Yelena team-ups we earn?0

Am I the only one that has been experiencing random crashes this week? Usually during a battle, which means the 3 characters take significant HP hits...0

I've been getting them about 2-5 per day. Usually right after starting a battle.0
