Release it already! The event timers have been broken way too long. The shield cool down timers are something that should have been in place when shield cool downs were implemented. And mostly it would have been nice to test a fairly significant change in the TU modifications between the season events and even LR this week. Why wait until the season begins to test these in the field is at best an odd decision. Off season is the perfect time to implement these type of changes but they consistently miss the boat and release them in season (in the middle of events sometimes).

PS. I think the changes in the release look great. Better late than never i guess.
  • Considering that both Marvel and D3 are promoting Women's History month, I'm guessing that the telepath hinted at in this update will be Emma Frost, and that the shapeshifter will be the new Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan.
  • Could someone in D3 please slap the dumbass that touched the code for the timers even though nothing timer related was changed? Ty
  • Re-added music missing from the previous patch.

I'm curious what this refers to. Did they add some new music to the game? Or is this a restoration of some previously existing music that was accidentally removed?

    From the patch 71 notes:
*Note: There is a known audio bug with missing music during some battles (noticeable while fighting Dr. Doom, for example). A fix is planned for R72.
  • The telepath is probably Professor X. Check out this snippet from their recent email.
We are also putting the finishing touches on a brand new scholarly character reveal next week, so stay tuned to Marvel.com and the game for more details in the coming days.

Still no fix for "beginning of the turn" powers not firing up at the first move. At least, none mentioned.

It's annoying that the opposition's Exquisite Technique triggers before my guy's Unbreakable.
  • Why did this get unstickied? Patch coming out soon? No longer a notice?

Sticky topics get unstickied after a certain length of time, it's not tied to when the patch is actually coming out.

(Emma would also count as a "scholarly character," but it's probably Xavier)
  • I get that it can't remain sticky forever, but it should remain sticky as long as it's relevant, which is up until the patch actually comes out, and then a new discussion thread takes it's place (or not, keep sticky for a duration after patch comes out).

Pretty sure that the opposition finds pretty annoying that you get first pick of any 4 or 5-matches in the board, and are the first to deal damage and generate AP as well.

..........no one thinks 14 days to gather HP is awesome? People have complained about the 7 day expiration FOREVER.

Only if it's programmed that way. I'm pretty sure the developers haven't made the AI self-aware. Not intentionally, anyway, but with the way it gives itself AP but only when I'm not looking, you never know.

Finally dl the update. A small nitpick but the notification of sending alliance members TU's still says the character you sent will be unable to fight (which we all know in this new patch it's not true). But FINALLY! Got the timer back for PvP, how I missed ya!
  • cool, been waiting for this one. gonna DL it now.

The new loading screen is really nice but I just got a crash on iOS before I was even able to do anything in the game. Hopefully it was a 1 time thing.

I just downloaded the patch and while the timer is back on the specific event screen, for me it is not on the Versus screen like it is for the season or any of the PVE events

I sent an X-Force teamup and it added 24 hours to his healing time. Working as intended?
  • I couldnt log in for 11 hours now for more than half a minute. Unfortunately after downloading patch this is still a problem for me. I was top2 in pve subs and overall too think. Anyone else having this problem?
