Those are empty drop rates - ie, there's a 90% chance the drop contains nothing.
That's what it reads like to me, anyway.0 -
Those are probably just weights that goes into a formula for the drop rate though it gives you an incite as to what kind of boosts are more likely to drop, and that harder difficulty nodes should have less of a chance of dropping nothing.0

i am hoping to see Rag, as i am interested to see how they rebalance Rag. I know he was very, very good in the past. Let us see whether he can capture his glory days :)0 -

Couple of thoughts:
I wonder if the daily Pve would feature alliance placement rewards? That might turn this into a high pressure affair to those with competitive alliances, although I do think it's a great concept overall

Given how they use yellow in the game, my guess is that originally they intended it to be white. You'll notice that almost all of the original heroes have yellow as one of their colors:
For 1* Black Widow / Hawkeye, they have tile strength in yellow. 1* Storm was the exception to this pattern (though she fits in now), but 2* Storm did have yellow from the beginning. Similarly, almost all of the villians use black:
For Ragnarok, his second tile strength colors are black and purple (which you can tell if he's not at max level, or if he's powered up).
So I think the devs intended white to be a hero-only color, and black to be a villian-only color, but changed their mind at some point as they realized that was too limiting. They probably also didn't like the color balance with white in the mix, so they changed it to yellow.0 -
