So the first skill is his new one. Based on the healing, I'll guess yellow.
The second one seems to be the new green.
I hope his red stays as it is. Contrary to popular opinion, it's actually a pretty good skill.

How's does leveling work when a character gets a third skill? Does the cost per level change when the max level goes from 140 to 166? If so, is it more or less expensive?

It works the same as leveling any other 3*. A two-skill 3* had the same cost for any given level as a three-skill 3*, it's just that they can be taken 26 levels higher than before. In that sense, yes, the levels above 140 cost more than those below 140, but that's the same for any 3*.

It's Yellow. If it heals him, and it makes him more like Thor, it's Yellow.

I could see the new ability being 1 of 2 things. Number 1 is yellow so that he is identical to Thor and the newer characters heals are yellow as well. Number 2 would be blue so that he won't work with Thoress. Also obw has a blue heal which would expand the blue is a healing ability also.

By Odin's beard, I'm hoping it's blue -- for all the reasons you've stated, plus I don't think the game really benefits from another tank-type character at the moment.

would not only fit within healing parameters as you've mentioned, but be a more-unique color combo, currently only used by She-Hulk.

It's not Sue, but I think we can expect an IW fix-too, now after Rags.

Cool, I have started leveling my slightly under covered IW already for when she was gunna be fixed.
