    So is it based on your bracket leader or the overall bracket leader I did a really late join and have a bracket led by 51,000 points. Trying to figure if progressions are in reach for me at 44K

    If you've got the time to do 7 clears at full points or near full you can make it...or if you want to do 3 full clears at a time you'd need to do 3 sets of that (would take 15 or so hours from when you start). So you can wether it's worth it or not is another question.

    I'm more worried about the Hood covers, just did a round of clears to bounce back into 8th - I was just hoping to gain a little ground through rubberbanding

    Well if it's rb off of the global leader you were far enough away to get some (global is at least 30K ahead of you) if it's off of your main leader you aren't (but most everyone with a chance to bump you probably doesn't either). You're probably best off just playing as optimally as possible and hope that's a bit better than those around you.

    Didn't finish the 500 point mission in time, so I had the do 5 more pins on the main to get my red cover. Since I don't need anymore Hood covers, this is the end of the line for me.

    One thing that I did want to experience was have Captain Marvel take a Photon Blast to feed her Photonic Blasts the next turn. Gotta say it was extremely satisfying. icon_lol.gif

    Got my cover this morning. Also the end of the line for me. I'll pick at some of the Iso rewards, but my alliance is set and I don't want to Hoodblock anyone.

    And **** Moonstone. I went out of my way to Hypersonic Punch that **** at every given opportunity. Dark Avengers Ms Marvel my ****. icon_twisted.gif

    It's a good thing I decided to grind out my 60K since I suspected there was going to be a no RB final phase. But I'm seeing people with 76K points, and if the RB kicks in at 16K+ deficit, that should mean those who are further away than that should be able to hit 60K. Well, it might be more appropriate to say that people aren't mathematically eliminated from hitting 60K since we've 76K+ bracket leaders now. It may indeed take a ton of effort to get there depending on where you're at.

    There, I just hit 60K. I'm officially done with this event now, as I have no chance at a blue Hood cover, Patch would be better employed in Cage Match, and the last thing I need is more useless Dark Avenger TU tokens.

    (I thought nothing was worth than all the Control Shifts I was getting, until I got two Lethal Recon drops.)

    I was at 48k, ground up to 56.5k but I'm just too darned tired to keep going. Hopefully I'll just sleep on it and reach 60k in the morning. Hood covers would be awesome, but at the same time...I have so many characters hurting for ISO right now that I wouldn't be able to properly appreciate them for a while.
    I do wish this ended on more of a bang - another sub, a guaranteed cover, something neat - because as it is this could be the last "Dark Reign" themed PvE we have for a while.

    Sorry for the self-plug.
    Any unaligned folks with good scores (personal top 10, about at least 60k+ by now)? We are this short of top 100 because we have someone on vacation, and they fittingly don't need any Hood covers. So if someone wants to score not one but two blue Hoods but their alliance is not even close to top 100, contact me :3 We are somewhere #119-120 right now with one zero score.

    Edit: 115 atm. Earlier estimate seems correct and we need another 60k points to be safe.

    It's pretty much same here in my bracket, 75k and 15th, I can't say I joined too early, but I have no interest in personal placement this time anyhoo. It's bracketing and sharding, if you constantly do well in PvE, expect to get stronger brackets with time.
    And yeah still would love to hear about a temporary hand.

    I'll have to check in with my crew about a handover of command, because I do want Hood. icon_e_smile.gif Worst case scenario I let them take over and continue freelance, or start another baby alliance afterwards.

    I joined about 12 hours into the event, mainly because I wanted to get my third Carol red asap. It did make her much more playable in the PVE, mainly because of the giant buff - she was still mostly incidental in her PVP.

    Sharding happens in PVE too? I hadn't realised. Usually timezones and rubberbands mean I don't do great, but I had a long weekend and semi-accidentally got in top 10 for both subs.

    Alliance #100 (Pax Romana, currently) is at 1101172 points.

    Yep, what mags said! #100 is pretty unstable atm, but I'm sure that by the end of the event to safely be in top 100 range a 20-man alliance will need about 58-60k points per member, since it's about 55k as of now.

    Edit: forgot to add - we found a recruit for now, so hope to secure top 100 with our good ole member vacationing in no-wi-fi places icon_e_biggrin.gif
