There's nothing to test right now because Iron Fist can pretty much trivially pull insane combos in his current state so it's hard to see how you can make him not work. Note that Summon Demons will not be usable if there are no open red tiles, just like Surgical Strike cannot be used if it won't destroy any tile. And the latter sort of shows just how insane Iron Fist is where you can get to a point where you can't Surgical Strike anymore because you've so much black. I thought the "Team's Strongest Color" looked at the totals for all three characters' values? So, I had added all of them up at max level to come back with purple? I knew Summon Demons wasn't a guarantee, but just a high level chance to let you dump black to keep the combo flowing.

Phantron wrote: The team's strongest color is simply the highest match strength out of all available characters, so if a guy has say red 100 everything else 1, red is still always going to be your strongest color because 100 is higher than any match damage from any player usable characters. In the case of tie, the tiebreaker normally goes to middle > left > right (positioned while you're selecting your characters) assuming there are no decimals involved (match strength goes into decimals but you can't see them, so sometimes what appears to be a tie is not a tie). However there are exceptions, including this one, where the strongest color is simply chosen at random from all characters that tie for highest match damage.

I thought it was going to really let you mix and match teams to try and manipulate the strongest team color to get a lot more variety out of play. You can still mix and match team. Say if you have a team of Lcap, Lthor and GSBW at 166 level. If you put lcap in centre, the strongest color will be yellow. If you put lthor in centre your strongest color will be red. If you put gsbw in centre, your strongest color will be purple. Another example is Xforce and GT. Assuming your featured character is not max, then the stromgest color depends on where you place Xforce and GT. If you put Xforce on the left, then the strongest color will be green. If you put GT on left then strongest color will be red. It matters especially when you face Xforce who will SS the strongest color.

Unfortunately Professor X's AP generation is an exception similar to Blade's 'strongest color' is just any that are tied. In the team you gave it is equally likely to get yellow, red, or purple. There seems to be no way to tell which 'strongest color' follows the standard rule or the 'any tie' rule other than experience.

Then, it can immediately be raised again. It needs to be "redirects attacks away from prof x unless he is last one alive" or "consumes 1 purple a turn" to justify the low cost.
