Batch 3 please more info.
Devpool just said on Discord that it is slayed for 3rd week in December.
Uh, so they've said that everyone will be ascendable by the end of the year. Does this mean that batch 3 will include all the rest of the characters, or that we'll get batch 4 a week after batch 3?

The question has been asked - I'll let you know as soon as I see an answer.
I suspect it's going to be option 3 - they're behind schedule and won't finish before the end of the year. Hopefully they'll say something, though.
This release schedule has definitely been bad for maintaining enthusiasm, for certain. I feel sure that it's not what they intended.

not surprised I believe I commented earlier that if its not a thanksgiving gift , it will be a christmas present. 3rd week of December 2023 still good. got 12 more 4s I need to ascend to 5.

Confirmed. They are not going to finish the Ascension list before the end of the year:
On the bright side, it means I can dump all the Juggernaut, Venom, and 1* Yelena from my roster storage for a week or two.

If the new cover is a character you don't currently have rostered, yes.

As long as batch 3 finishes the 1 and 2 stars that should be sufficient enough to start opening tokens again. Fingers crossed they don't leave one of them for the last batch, it is sad sad feeling not opening tokens.

So maybe Juggs and Venom this batch, then Yelena along with the rest of the limited chars in the last batch. That's pure speculation though.

ill hoard my juggs and venoms and yelena ones a week before the relesae of batch 3 since MPQ would probably offer 5 star versions of these for sale.
So I ascended Legion last week and have been messing around with him.
Ascended Red power - decent base power damage. Decent conditional add on power damage. For every Tyrannix repeater on the field THAT CAN STILL DESTROY AP, do about 2/7th more of the base power damage. This is important as I thought the conditional damage was added as long as the Tyrannix tile is on the field. This is not the case.
Ascended Purple power - nothing changed. Place a Tyrannix Reoeater Tile on a color and the tile will destroy 2/3 AP in that color every turn. A good AP restrictor but it’s not fortified.
Ascended yellow power - decent base power. Decent conditional damage. This can get really strong and be a very valuable power. Choose a color Deal 12256 damage + 1556 damage (legion lvl 450) for each AP the enemy has more than you in chosen color. Then destroy 2/3 in that color.
Ascended black power - True heals a BIG chunk of legion’s health (about 1/5th) on activation. Burst heals other teammates by 1/3rd less than that if enemy has 0 AP in any pool.
Ascended blue power - no change except it increases 1 SAP tile by a lot. It’s only one tile though. This power was always niche but could be clutch. Fortify 3 special tiles of your owns while removing 3 SAPs of your opponent.
Ascended green power - this is the interesting one to me. Create 2 1-turn repeater tiles that move one space over after every turn, leaving behind an attack tile. This power can get out of hand VERY quickly, especially when fortified. The attack tiles are also beefy. As a 4* this power created only 1 1-turn repeater. Ascended, this now creates 2. Considering the fact that all Legion’s power cost 6 AP, this green power has most potential imo.
Ascension Verdict - Has potential. Legion is a really good at AP denying. And because his powers are so cheap, he’ll be able to fire stuff while the enemy can barely fire off 1 power. And his green can get out of hand REALLY QUICK. I still believe his best partners aren’t Ascension available yet (4* Human Torch and 4* Magik) but when they do, I look forward to really flooding the board with stuff.
Until then? Well I like him so far with Ascended Nico and Chasm.
