You must have missed the response on Twitter or the one by LakeStone.  They've already said they will give some details in the next few day. I'll wait till next Wednesday and see.  :)
Looks like it.  I don't have a Twitter account, so I missed it there and I haven't seen anything from LakeStone, other than the "Thanks for the feedback" generic post a few pages back.  Hopefully something is worked out or at least announced soon.

To the people saying "if you don't like the update, just leave":
Why should we have to leave? This is a game many of us have played for years, spending time and money. This isn't showing up and complaining about what exists. It's like showing up to your favorite hangout and discovering that they've installed 24/7 alarm clocks going off, but since the staff all wear noise-cancelling headphones they don't see the problem.
Yes, there are lots of games out there. I have played them. I like this game. And I would like to continue to play this game. I'm not currently playing it, and I'm missing my resupply (2120 is my next) and everything, because the changes are physically painful to me.
Newer players (I'm day 2702) may not be familiar with the general discourse around this game, from the very beginning.  If you enjoy this game, you are a member of a very very small group of veteran players who still like to play it.  The rest of them continue to play for unknown reasons (sunk cost fallacy?), poison any conversation with their constant negativity, and react to any change, big or small, as if it's the end of the world.

This is why many of us would like for those players to go away.  They make it virtually impossible to assess whether a change is good or bad -- after literally any change, the feedback is a torrent of overwhelming negativity, from roughly the same group of players, who threaten to quit but ultimately never do.

These are the ones who need to go, not the folks who legitimately enjoy the game, occasionally offer positive feedback, and don't immediately hate any change.

Random thought: would it help if we raised tickets with Customer Support about the issues with the update?

Have tried the new interface & found it a big step backwards in terms of information being clearly presented to user, the colours are less distinct & that 'dimming' is really quite annoying.

I play on Steam, day 2293, and will be struggling to even just do the Deadpool Daily events

No, they are aware of the issue and they are already working on the feedbacks. They will respond in the next few days once they have concluded what to do with the feedbacks. Besides, I'm sure a few hundred or thousand players have already done so. I think you are late to the party.  :D

Hi all. Played this game daily for around 4 years and this would be my first time posting. Out of all the UI changes I've seen, this is by far the most unwelcomed design. It is so disappointing it has brought me here to make my first post!

Now, to be fair, I don't play the game for the PvP or treat it as a competition type league, but to pass an hour or two with a game that has successfully managed to capture not just my time and attention, but my wallet. Not an easy feat for me! I've managed to adapt to previous changes, however this one is a tough pill to swallow.

For one thing, it has slowed my gameplay down significantly. It's very difficult to distinguish between certain colors as they are all a dark shade of their respective colors. Part of what keeps me engaged is the fast game play which is hampered because of this change. Granted, some change takes time to get used to, however I have a hard time convincing myself of that in this case.

I implore the dev team to consider an alternative, or at least a way to revert the gameboard back to "classic" mode. I've really enjoyed the game and all the effort that has been put into it's development over the years. I can only hope that our voices will be heard and a compromise can be reached.

    Thanks for reading.
    Idem here.
    Playing for ages.
I needed to come here and say something. You did it first.

I'm grateful for the effort, but... no.

Why dim the screen on enemy turn?
Why those faded colors? (that was supposed to be black?)

    Devs, please revert this.

I've found a bit of a "workaround".  Tilting my tablet down so that I look at the screen from a low angle that is outside of the "viewing angle" has helped with differentiating the tiles and mitigating the eye strain from light intensity changes.
Dunno if that helps anyone else (it's probably hardware dependent), but maybe it can help until the Devs can fix the issues with the new interface.

A very large number of people are reporting physical problems and this is definitely serious. Funny how there is still someone that is thinking about his rewards, very mature. Yeah, we want a fix to not lose our rewards right? Not cause people are having health problems. I'm more worried for the consequences that this change can have on people's health. Rewards are worth zero atm.

Giving this a couple more days. But no definitive official response within the next 48, including acknowledgment of the health issues many of us are experiencing and an outline of steps they are going to do remedy the issue and I'm done for good. Will file a report with the BBB in California where D3 is incorporated and walk away.

At this point, this company is letting a hazardous product just hang out there in public and taking no apparent effort to fix the problem. You don't shovel the sidewalk in front of your shop, someone gets hurt, you are responsible and better have good insurance. Saying "Oh I was going to get to that sidewalk next week!" doesn't matter, especially if dozens of people complained your sidewalk was unshoveled. Same goes for this situation.

The new UI makes it harder to discern special tiles. I really need to use reading glasses now or I just can't play worth a damn. Please provide the option to revert to the "old", more readable, UI. Thank you in advance!

"As part of our continued UI updates... "  You gotta stop that madness; there has been no improvement at all with the new UI!  Put everything back the way it was a year or so ago and just work on the game itself! Remove the unnecessary clicks like “CLAIM”.  I can’t not claim it anyway.  Fix the speed hack... and just leave the UI alone.

There must be a fair number of players not currently playing because I normally finish T20 in CL8 PvE playing very casually (I typically see the same names in T20). At the moment I am T10 in Spider Silk which means I've jumped about 6-7 spots which would mean about 30% of players having issues.
I'm in the nausea category with the dimming. So with the sound on, I've taken to closing my eyes or looking away during the AI turn and waiting till the sounds stop before I look back. It's not ideal esp if you are trying for placement or doing hops in PvP but at least I can muddle through in hopes that the UI is reverted in a few days.

I had many concautions and since my last one i have seizure issues even looking away after every match which makes me lose time therefore less competitive i finished grind/ clear with headaches and burning eyes

I run a game studio that is not in any way affiliated with MPQ, I have first hand industry knowledge of how video game qa is done specifically, and what those roles are named and how they work.  In the game industry, Functional Quality Assurance is doing what I said - making sure the game functions as designed (which is not the same as giving feedback on those designs). There are other sub disciplines like Localization QA, Certification QA, and so on. But the catch-all for this is just QA. But I’m not going to argue with your experience, you can be right if you need to be.
Congratulations, you run a business that doesn't seem to care about it's customers. LOL this was supposed to be good defense of doing BAD QA testing!?
