So let me get this straight? Clearance level 10 pve offers fewer CP than are currently available from CL 9 (while requiring more clears to get them), but the trade-off is 250x 5* shards?Is the amount of cp available in cl 8-9 going to change at all (as they appear to be in PvP).I think we as players should be VERY skeptical of changes that reduce discretionary rewards in favor of currencies that lock in progress on specific characters.On the other hand, I am very curious to see what sort of character progress can be achieved over time on latest 5*s from these fixed shard rewards. So no pitchforks from me just yet (though I definitely know where mine is, just in case).7

In pic of the Challenge Node from the OP the "player" has very high level characters, is that because for that node those 5* are boosted and if so just those for that event or are all your 5* boosted for that node?0

So, this looks like it back loads the HP for versus progression: whereas previously you could get 50 HP at 400 points, it's now back loaded to 725 points. I know I relied on this as a source of HP when I was building my roster, but perhaps it isn't so bad if you can hit that reward via wins now?
If the SCL10 story sub-event placement rewards are representative of changes to the lower clearance levels, it looks like players placing top 50 will no longer receive HP for placement, and those placing top 20 will see less HP.
The story mode progression reward table also has a tier above the big CP reward. Does this mean everything else has been shuffled down a bit, or is it an attempt to increase the grind?
It also looks like this finally offers a decent progression reward incentive to play higher clearance levels in versus:
The extra 130 4* shards easily attainable at 575 points offsets a potential loss of 3* covers in placement for people who aren't placing in the top 5.

@IceIX can you confirm that only top 20 per sub in pve get HP now as opposed to top 50 in the old system?0

So with it taking one year to rotate through the legacy 5*s now, does this just mean you can earn one cover of a legacy 5* every two years via pve progression? Or are the shard rewards going to rotate faster than the required characters?0

I agree that many of us would like to see those sheets posted so we can pour over them at our own pace, but for the sake of making the announcement, just providing some highlights was not a bad idea.
Going forward, maybe he can divide those spreadsheets into multiple threads and put links to those threads here? So the main announcement can get you to all of the spreadsheets, without going overboard filling the first announcement with too much info.

With the added difficulty, will we be getting a couple 5*s added to the weekly buff list? That 5* node looks like it's going to be a beast.1

This is great news, but oooff those 5E levels....
The lower amounts of HP will suck, but the 4* and 5* shards will be nice to see.0 -
Also, this is a big HP reduction. Top 50 in pve subs will go from 100hp a day to zero. That's huge!I think a surprising number of casual and semi casual vets will suddenly find themselves thinking about roster slots on a very different way.And all those seemingly decent-value HP for shards offers are MUCH less tempting when it's a lot harder to keep up with the roster slot grind (1-2k HP per two weeks).13
