    3* Hawkeye, Dr Ock, Medusa, DPXF, 5* DD, 5* Loki, 5* Thanos should be able to handle or benefit from Snowball Fight?

    Shame they didnt change 12 Days event, so you need whole team from required family for particular node.. Or at least finally made all options stand out in team selection, preferably all filtered to top of the roster.

    Or just give us the drag down selection menu to sort for affiliations and rarity in team selection, finally...

    A surprise HP bonus offer has begun, I see.  30% more for those players with some extra gift cards after Christmas.

    Also, the Shield Training rewards tokens to The Hunt, not Prodigal Sun, despite what is listed in the announcement.  Which is too bad, since it would be nice to get vault tokens from ST.

    The Support token was a fantastic surprise. Mine ended up being a Rank 3 Lockheed, so all I need now is a couple more Kitty covers.  Next Monday my small-ish hoard breaks.

    I was hoping the lack of a daily deal was because it just showed up today and the daily deal would kick in tomorrow, but I think every other vault starts with a daily deal active so it would be out of the norm.

    On the one hand, if there is no deal, even though you are paying 43% more for a 40 pack (14K vs 9.8K) you are also getting 100% more 4* covers (6 instead of the usual 3).

    On the other hand, they just gave us a 30% bonus on HP so it feels like a way to grab back the discount from those of us that bought HP.

    Overall I'm mixed on this one. I can see both sides. Hoping they drop in the discount so I can switch to universally positive. Especially since I just reset the vault 4 times to populate it with covers I need/want.

    People keep asking if there will be another roster slot sale.  Who knows?  But I do know I’d much rather spend my HP on discounted roster slots than this New Year’s vault.  No sale, I’m saving my HP.

    No. The store update is late. As is the next patch. Let’s hope it’s in on Wednesday. (And I was hoping to make 12 pulls, 1 for each month, to ring in the new year too).

    i've got more than mixed feelings about this last vault...Feels really odd to A- deny a daily deal and B- offer a token to a vault with an even number of draws (anyone willing to clear the vault is gonna "waste" the token). Overall, it's too expensive for my taste.

    I’m split, I thought the Christmas stuff was pretty rubbish and lacking anything of interest. Then again it allowed us to take a break from the game and not miss anything. The new 4* release was terrible but being limited it didn’t matter and I could just grab a cover and ignore.

    Lots of people seem worried by the future direction of the game but I’m more worried about the serious lack of quality releases since one particular person stopped making them. All the fives are lacking and could have done with an instant tweak. I’ve yet to even see a kingpin in pvp. Even boosted people can’t be bothered to run him.

    I saw a champed Kingpin once early on.  It was easy to see how mediocre he is and pointless to run or chase.

    Some of the recent 4’s have been good and interesting, but other than Kitty using Gambit’s old overwrite trick and improving on SL’s boost game the recent 5’s have been really disappointing.

    I'm more mystified than insulted, to be honest.  Generally the only vaults without a daily deal are the ones where it's just a flat 100 to pull a token, and you can empty the vault for 3750 I think.  So those 40 item vaults.

    Possibly they used the wrong setting on it?

    Possibly they think it’s too valuable with the extra HP and 4’s to offer a daily deal. I highly doubt it’s an error.

    Either way it is bogus. I did not give the vault a second thought once I noticed they did that.
