    Hmmm.  Earlier on some thread, I said I hope that week 2 of the Holiday celebration was a better than week 1 with the highlight(?) being Sinister 600.  Week 2 definitely is nicer for players with the double iso, 12 days of MPQ, and Strange Sights.  Not to mention an early repeat of Thor as 5E means quick clears in HoD and probably laughing at the Royal Family this time.

    Oh, and any time a feeder is so nicely logical is a happy time for players.

    Thor as essential is terrible, unless you have okoye at much higher levels. He will tank instead of okoye.

    He'll also have 65k+ health at 50%, he'll be OK with some tanking.

    Yeah the big problem is getting Thor down from 120K to 50%!

    Use him in a Versus event, he's not boosted there.

    only a great fool tries to take him down to 50% from 120k.

    Go into other content, where his health is at 'normal' levels, and retreat until he's at half health (or put him out front in a PVP fight to take damage and then retreat at half health).

    Do that BEFORE you join your sub.

    Much faster that way.

    My comment was a somewhat facetious one, first world MPQ problems.  I know there's more than one way to skin a Thor..

    Wouldn't weakening Thor before joining only make a difference if the brackets happened to roll over in those few minutes? And otherwise not matter?

    Still worth doing if you don't know where the bracket is, of course.

    True, just when you prejoin, catch a flip, or get lucky.. either way, best to be prepared

    It was never a problem before Okoye existed.... Thor is one of the best boosted if you have him champed.  I think last time I did SCL9 and maybe used 2 health packs.

    If people got Doc Ock covers from this update BEFORE Sinister 600, they'd be less inclined to spend CP on Big Bads tokens. If it weren't for the holiday celebration, I doubt they would even have announced the champ update until after the Big Bads token (and Sinister 600) were gone.
