Hi guys, sorry I've not been very vocal on this, just caught up with what you've been discussing and agree completely. Personally I don't have a fully specd IW but not really bothered as wouldn't use her anyway. So happy to just have an easy season, personally so long as I get the 10-pack I'll be happy.

Just want to apologise now for my recent low scores, the cell tower near my work has been down for the last week or so which has really wrecked my scoring as I normall play all my matches at work! Home life with a new babe and moving has left little time for at home play.

Will endeavour to keep my score as high as possible and they'll hopefully fix the broken tower soon!

Agree with the current approach as well. For me, I will work hard for this Fresh Cut event as my LazyCap spec is really weak at the moment.

Nonetheless, if anyone needs any cover badly i have no problem fighting for the team.

my last season bracket was ridiculous, I was pretty high up there in the alliance but didn't even get a 10 pack for rewards, I would like to actually get a 10 pack if not more than one this time, currently in 1st place in my season bracket. I should be pulling 900ish in every event if not more, at this point I have a 3 star team and not enough iso to max anything else with cmags and punisher basically ready to max so I don't really care if we get the alliance covers(unless it's a new character), they will come with time and I don't have enough iso as is.

I kind of gave up on pve when it seemed like the rest of our alliance gave up but if we are going for a specific one I will grind it more than I have been.

Sean, we shifted priorities for this season over to PvE as that is where new characters comes from. However we will still maintain a good showing in PvP as many of us still need the covers from alliance rewards. It's just for IW covers it isn't worth the season long grind and many top teams have shifted accordingly as where else are we going to get a free month long break to relax. As I stated above I only fight 3 times in a PvP bracket, once after the 24 hr mark to get to 300ish points, another to get to 600ish, and then one last push to make it as high as I can to place well. Another good thing was that I was burning through HP just to shield at the end but now I can just slug it out and sometimes not worry about using HP.

Edit: I will still go for as best I can do but placement and cascades are out of my hands in the end. Also I am now firmly in MMR hell for 2*s, not even 500 points and all I see are max 3* teams. Tanking like mad in the Simulator too.

And the first event of Season IV is over, Fresh cut is now history. For those following along, we have asked that people try to achieve 600 points per event, but said we would take this season easy. So in keeping with our decision, we pulled off a Top 50 finish, coming in 40th of 22368 alliances with 14706 points! We earned Captain America Steve Rogers red, 2000 ISO, and 100 HP. Our current Season IV standings are 32nd as an alliance. I know we aren't pushing for the season reward, but I thought it would be interesting to record our standing each event just to see how we track through the season. We can use this in the future to see, given what our rank was in each event, how much Shield training may be needed to maintain a season alliance rank. If they offer up a good Season reward in the future, knowing how these appear to be related might help our strategy through that season.

My Panther is maxed at 5/4/4 currently, I personally do not need the alliance reward for this one. I may decide to push for the 1100 reward of Steve yellow, but given my expected work schedule this week, I just don't know. As always, I stand by to put in the points if others need the alliance BP blue reward.

I am shooting for a top 5 finish, personally, so I can at least have a complete BP. I could use the team cover, but it's no biggie.

As always I will be in battle as all my 3*s need covers. Considering Daredevil is my "best" one is concerning to say the least so a blue Black Panther cover would be appreciated.

Posting the results for Unstable Iso-8 for Beast1970 as he is pulling massive hours at work and is busy. Well, as an alliance we placed #127 out of 25,561 with a combined score of 1,124,805 points earning us 1500 iso-8 and 50 HP. Considering only the top 10,000 alliances get prizes that means the bottom 15,561 got screwed! I would kindly suggest perhaps two alliance brackets in the next PvE, just an idea, perhaps.

Of course the next PvE event Oscorp: Heroic has started only 12 hours after the last one has ended, thanks for the break developers! The Hood is the prize for this event so I will be pushing since I only need 4 more covers(3 blue, 1 black) but perhaps the alliance will take a break this go around to remain sane.

Predator and prey is done, and personally has taught me the joy of Black Panther's Rage of the Panther when coupled with Patch's Berserker Rage. Many noted a definite rise in point values for the Top 10 placements, although the overall point value seems consistent for alliance placement. Speaking of which, we finished in 68th place out of 23552 alliances with 14504 points (noting an addition of 1184 alliances in the last 5 days). We earned Sentry green, 1000 ISO, and 50 HP. Thanks to Bobby Digi recently, and pbrownusmc in the past for picking up the slack here for me when work has interfered with my game life... Individual stats to follow:

Next up is Starfall, in which the reward is Captain Marvel. I think it goes without saying that we are pushing hard for this one!

As a reminder, the score goal is about 600 points per event. I expect more competition in Starfall due to the new cover, but we need to push hard so all members have at least one of her covers. She is featured in the current PVE, a win would allow everyone to access the essential nodes during the last 4 full days in PVE.

On a side note, my work schedule will be crazy this weekend. Just the fact that I have to work on the weekend is crazy, and as things stand right now I don't know how long I will have to be in each day. Having said that, I will put up points to the best of my ability for each event. The first bit of good news, I've been coming home pretty much full of rage and have been taking it out on the X-Men. The second bit, I'll make it up this week, I'm having some dental work done that will keep me home from work Tuesday and Wednesday and am prescribing myself extreme MPQ for recovery. Hopefully there will be a PVP with good rewards to grind those days!

Haha, I really tried. Was getting attacked and bounced around the 1000 level for a while and decided I was done. Nice job Beast for scoring so well on a busy week of work. I'm starting a busy weekend of work so I do not know how much I'll play this weekend, but I'll get my points!

Dormammu U is searching for a replacement for a retiring member.

We are a consistently top 100 alliance. (The last time we missed a top 100 PvP award was in Season 1). We also frequently make the top 50.

We are searching for a member with the following criteria -

1) Can make 600-800 in PvP without too much difficulty.

2) Is able to make top 100 in PvE events that feature a new character as a reward.

3) Enjoys chatting periodically in game.

4) Is self motivated to accomplish the previous criteria.

In terms of our alliance culture, we do not like high turnover. So we are looking for a member who shares our goals and plans to stick around for a while.

We also have no desire to compete with X-Men, 5DV, or SHIELD for a top 10 spot. As long as we get into the top 100, we are generally happy and top 50 is a nice bonus for the extra ISO & HP.
