Regarding the buff to 5Cap I have him champed and use him a ton in PVE he is really fun to use now and has a great power set. In fact for the 3 hard nodes I have benched OML and use 5Cap instead so they can change who players use with constructive rebalancing (buffing). For those that have him champed 5Cap&KP plus SL vs 2+ goons or C4rol vs no goons is a blast.

OML heals.

It gets worse. If you are a 5-star player, you are probably using 2 5-stars per match. As there are currently 14 5-stars, a perfectly even usage of all 5-stars would have you using OML in over 14% of your winning teams (without even excluding a garbage 5-star like Banner, or a new character that is likely uncovered or unchamped).

If you are a 4-star player, the 2nd most likely 5-star for you to have covered is OML. As he's been around nearly the longest, you're more likely to have him covered and more likely to have raised him up in level of your 5-star options. So, like me, he may be your only meaningful 5-star option at this point. As a 5 star is, by definition and intent, better than a 4 star, a 450 OML was intended to be better than nearly any boosted 4 star (other than maybe 370 champed 4s). So for many players in this tier, they only have 3-4 5-star options (and the less they have, the more likely they are to play OML). So they probably play OML on 33+% of winning teams. But again, even if you have all available 5 stars to choose from, and knowing they are intended to be better than 4 stars, you should average 14% within winning teams.

So with that in mind, I demand they BOOST OML, not nerf him, because his usage is 4+% too low!!!

Also right now I see a TON of Thanos as everyone moved to hoarding and trying to clean out Latest Legendaries. I see lots of players who's first and second 5* champs are some combination of BB/DS/Thanos/BP/Hawkeye so going forward the OML/Phoenix duo is getting phased out as more and more people hoard and champ new 5*'s. He is nowhere near top tier in PVP and it is getting to the point where running him turns you into a cupcake for everyone else. I have also seen them raise the issue that he is too powerful with only a couple of covers but that was what their originally stated goal was when 5*'s came out. They said they wanted you to be able to use them right away even with only a couple of covers. Nerfing him for this reason only punishes the newer players who want to try out their "elite level" reward that they were lucky enough to pull.

Ok, I'm about to get forum banned. But no worries, cause all things demi does seem to push players to quit this game.

1. Demi, your Designers are horrible. And i say that as i've been forced to use my only 5* i had covers for in pvp (Silver Surfer) for over a year. And due to the idiotic mmr pitting me against double champ characters with +50 levels than mine, I have learned to overtake any level of OML even with powerless Surfer. BTW, if you think that your "boost" of Suerfer was good, you need Jesus. Or you need to try to play your own game, fighting any team as current (or last year's) mmr pits you against. And you will have the glory to see 3* boosted characters do more damage for 7 red ap than a champed 5*.

2. OML needed a nerf. Before he was released, not one and a half years after of constant better 5* releases (apart from Hulk and Cap America, which somehow suck more than bad 4*s). Now, it's irrelevant. OML's Health isn't enough to even stop a 4* player from killing him. And almost all 5*s are equipped to kill a puny +30 levels OML (at least +30 cause your mmr sucks)

3. Your data analysts are worse than my nephew. My nephew for the record is 1 year old. I'm guessing your analysts will make bagman the most used 2* as well, because he had a pvp of his own AND he's often used (by the best players around, hats off to you guyz) as a bake in PVP. You probably don't know what a bake is, but i didn't expect anything better, as YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR GAME.

4. Too many times, PLAYERS on forums, cs tickets and discord HAVE OFFERED THEIR HELP. No charge, just for the sake of making this game as good as the MARVEL franchise deserves. You repeatedly fail to even listen to their ideas on anything (even suggested new game modes with amazing detail on how they could be ffs) and you constantly do make worse decisions than anyone can even imagine.

5. Your WORDS mean nothing anymore. You constantly go against what you said would never happen (case in point, an OML nerf when you said that no more nerfs would happen).

6. Too many things to include in this angry but true (and harsh for soft hearted people, but pretty mild language used, cause you do deserve at this point to be called way worse things)

Which brings me to 7. For 7 i will make a list of all the things that need to be addressed and obviously aren't as important as destroying something that works normally (unless your only 5* is Surfer or Hulk and you can only use them with 3* because you have more luck/money than brains)

7. TOO MANY DAMNED THINGS NEED TO BE FIXED (a thousand reason to quit as well). I'm a old timer mmorpg hardcore player, and this match 3 game has more bugs than all the mmo's i've played combined. Many of them are never fixed, like that terrible crash when you enter a fight (been having that one since July, last time it crushed was this morning on my grind). So here's a list of the things that need to be fixed and you keep ignoring:
a. RNG aquisition of everything important. Especially end game. Cause it sucks to have a 0.013% chance to get a specific cover per legendary pull. You know what? DON'T FIX IT. I HOPE YOU GET THAT RNG TREATMENT IN YOUR DAILY LIFE ON EVERYTHING YOU CONSIDER FUN.
b. Duplicate covers. Long Overdue. Needing 0.013% twice to complete a useful character, when i'm ultra competitive (t10 pve - t10 pvp) since 5*s where introduced? and i get another (the 8th on that same character) duplicate cover?
c. PVE. As the name suggests: Player versus Enviroment. Not Player versus Player or Clock. REMOVE THE COMPETITIVE PART OF PVE. Make them all progression only, and for heaven's sake, remove the need to repeat the same node over and over again. 1x and be done with it. Leave them unlocked for players to test their team combinations against them. Make it feel like a game instead of work. Add a variety of teams to fight against, cause every Veteran was bored to fight against Dark Avengers for his millionth time, two years ago. Add an Alliance progression (similar to boss events) on all PVEs and remove alliance ranking as well. Make it fun.
d. Scaling. Give yourselves a decent 5* roster and go try your current scaling on every PVP. while trying to play as fast as you can versus players that are on 4* scaling. While having 10 health packs, and at least a PVP event to play after that, because a normal player has to go work as well, have some fun with friends/gf/bf/family and some time to sleep. Then rework it in a sandbox and retry. Until you reach the condition that what you made is fun and you WANT to keep doing it instead of the selfish NEED TO do it.
e. PVP MMR. Gather the whole code of that and delete it. Make it from scratch. It sucks.
f. STOP MAKING AN UPDATE EVERY 2-3 WEEKS. Take your time to address the important bugs and MAKE SURE that the new update doesn't bring in more bugs than it addresses. Because you definitely need to. Because every time you screw up, and oh boy there have been too many times, you left the game with critical bugs and exploits that you can't fix until next update goes live. Case and point: viewforum.php?f=9
g. Hire some programmers that know what they are doing. Given the rate bugs appear and the sub par rate that bugs get resolved, hire many of them. YOU NEED THEM.
h. PLAY TEST YOUR DAMN GAME. This is getting too ridiculous. With the peak of stupidity being when you came "clean" on the fact that you don't test for 5* players (which are all the veterans but the most unlucky ones), a year in after 5* where introduced and too many to count topics in forums that your scaling for 5* characters is too ridiculous. Which appears to still be the issue.
i. Introduce Beta testing. Send an invitation to (3x) of how many players you think you need to beta test. Give them access to stuff before you make them go live. Reward them for their trouble.
j. Rework the whole rewards you have in you mind. Check all the iso analysis aesthetocyst (and other players ofc, not good with names, aesthetocyst has provided the best ISO income/needs i can recall) has done on his own free time (reward him for that free data, because your data analysts suck) in this forum. Current rewards are horrible. and i say that as a day 1050 veteran competitive player that got yesterday a standard token and today 3 health packs as a daily resupply. Make rewards on everything something relevant or good.
k. Introduce new game modes. And for HEAVEN's SAKE, CONSULT WITH THE PLAYER BASE AND DON'T IGNORE THEM. Their ideas are definitely better than yours, because the play this game and know it better than you.
l. FIX THE DAMNED BUGS! FAST
m. Clearance Level 9. Make it happen. While on the Clearance Levels subject, lock players on a few clearance levels accessible. Because as is, many join Clearance level 6 and make the roster progression of newer players even worse while stealing the top spots like stealing candy from children.
n. In-game Alliance chat. Delete it completely because it's useless as it is (it's 2017, waiting 5-10 minutes to see what my teammate wrote in chat is stupid - impossible to coordinate that way). Either incorporate a universal chat with the ability to message anyone (pm), message alliance (alliance chat) and the option to have 1-2 groups of selected people, or just make LINE or DISCORD official for game communication.

Too many things that need to be fixed and without going to details.
Let me say this: OML DOESN'T NEED REBALANCING (NERF) ANYMORE. THE REST OF THE GAME DOES. YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS IT AND THE PLAYER BASE DOES. FOCUS ON MAKING THE GAME BETTER INSTEAD OF CRIPPLING A GOOD BUT BEATABLE CHARACTER

And let me say this to most of the player base (ensuring i'm hated by everyone after this): THIS IS YOUR FAULT. You keep complaining that things need to change blah blah blah, and then you make it rain for demi, thus supporting every bad decision they make. If all they see is $$$ numbers, show them with $$$ numbers (or lack of therefore) that they need to make this game better.
If my employer tells me constantly that i suck at my job, but keeps increasing my payment (and if i was a **** person not caring), then i wouldn't do anything to change what i do for the best. He obviously like the bad work i do, so i'll keep doing bad work. That is what you say to demi with every buy you make, 20x for every buy club you make.
So remember. Demi does too bad choices. You support those bad choices by paying them more.

So, this post at the very least will get edited by someone to not hurt people that don't like hearing things as they are. And i'm probably getting banned in forums (tried hard to make it decent enough to get only banned from forums and not from the game as well lol). I'm keeping it as a screenshot, send me a pm if you want a copy of it. But, if anyone edits this to something else, make sure the unedited full text reaches demi, i heard they listen...

Could you please clarify what the policy will be regaring people who have invested into the character?

In the past players have had the option of selling back a changed character for the full amount of invested. Given the rarity of 5 covers I do not feel this would be a fair exchange. Please consider allowing players that do not like the changes to OML the option of transferring covers to that of a different character.

We as a whole know the reason is cause you want us to buy more health packs...The point of five stars is to have more power. Nerfing five stars just means for us to stay in four star land. No point in riding the fake power train.

The nerf and the reasons behind it clearly point out that nobody on the dev team plays this game at the high end, or worked super hard to actually get the command points and struggled to get the old man logan covers.  The concept that we will give you random 5 stars for something you paid 720 command points for a single covers is garbage. In theory they are giving you something that is worth 140 command points based on draw rates. except no 4 stars.   720 command points is worth 500 dollars based on buy group participation. I know some people who bought two covers for 1440 command points.  So basically for a 1000 dollars in value D3 is giving back maybe 50 dollars.

I mean...Jesus, guys. I...I can't even. Some people have accused me of white knighting you guys, but I see myself as balanced. And this is too far. Like, these are all not good things. Some good comes out of it, to be sure, but it is outweighed by the bad. This is just asinine, I'm sorry.
