PVE for EU players under the current system is impossible if it ends at 5.00 am EU time, Getting up at 4.00 am for a match 3 game is rather silly. I have had some good PVE scores in tournaments that end at friendly EU times, but under the new system its not possible if the tournament end 5.00 am uk time.

I think the concentration on PVP with the 600/1800 rule is fine, but I cannot subscribe to an alliance that requires a 4.00 am start, for PVE rewards.

If you want to push for PVE then I am happy to leave (although I can think of at least 2 other members who need to look at themselves before I do), because the current soring screws EU players completely.

I would rather stay, I enjoy you guys a lot, its fun on chat, and I feel I contribute (bit tricky with the recent MMR, but everyone goes through that from time to time) my PVP got better again.

I did not pay for my slot and I am not here to spoil anyone's fun, As a commander the next time I am on I will leave, and Locked can invite me back (if your not going full PVE) so that way everyone is happy.

My preference is to stay, push hard in PVP, and try for PVE as we can (subject to life etc, as some tournament are a 9 day commitment)

They should make different events for different timezones.
Shouldn't be that hard to make i think....Now they the European side is getting screwed over more and more!!!
Most of the PVP also end in the middle of the night for Europe....only the 1 on Sunday stops at a reasonable time for us.

Doctor, I believe that if we recruit one-two more US players that can score as well as anyone in PvE, we could allow for some lower scores easily. Wouldn't want to lose you either. As far as I know, only you and Valek are our European token minority? I want to thank you for the effort in Heroic Juggernaut btw, it was definitely not your fault that we missed the mark. I believe there are more events that allow for less rubberband than the opposite. It's very devoted of you to play as much as you can despite not being able to secure good personal rewards (if only for progression?). We are not establishing any PvE policies yet (the one we have for PvP is not super-strict either - everyone is welcome to tank the current HPK hard because, well, Daredevil). I'm okay with missing a PvE reward here or there if in the end we have a team that is mostly content with each other and everyone can give a leg to another teammate. E.g. our newer recruits are definitely our heavy hitters for PvE as much as some older players.

Unless a PvE has absolutely nothing of interest for me, I'm going to go after it. New covers, even if they're not Sentry/Daken level new covers, in particular are going to be ones I'm going to try and grind out as many covers as I can. I'm not sure what kind of # we'd set for it, what you needed for this last one compared to what we needed for the long Brotherhood one before were very different. PvP is on a pretty set scale. But from my new guy perspective I feel like being competitive in both arenas will help us the most.

So put me down for having PvE goals too.

There are a few reasons for this, but the largest is that I already have a job and I don't really have the time nor inclination to treat this game as a second one.

Looks like we are fairly undecided on PvE yet (and there are few votes, too); for now a safe course of action would be 'no alliance cover guaranteed but since most of us are MPQ bunnies and will play PvE no matter what, we should be okay'.

Hey locked, I'm happy to step down too. Will need to put this on my to-do list though - SwiftKey won't allow it so I'll need to uninstall and reinstall [just] to search for [JUST]. Please let me know before you kick me though!!!!!

I'd like for us to hit PVE top 100 but PVE is truly who can play last. It's ridiculous. I went to bed 45 minutes before event's end at rank 57, woke up and missed top 100. I can't imagine being in the wrong time zone for these events.

Does register matter when searching? Hasn't for me. Thanks for doing this! I will not kick anyone unless they hurt a kitten or something! It's something that should be done by the player, ideally.

Yeah, PvE won't be our strongest suit most probably (it isn't for most top 100 alliances anyway), but every piece of effort will be appreciated nonetheless. I will throw a small party next time we secure a top 100 for a new character in PvE. We need a party.

As one of the n00bs, PvE is pretty important to me because I'm hurting for 3* covers, ISO, and HP so I need all the awards I can get. That said, I also live in pretty much the easiest time zone to compete (US west). I certainly can't ask/expect members who aren't in the same position to give up their lives on my behalf.

Bottom line, I'll compete hard in every event I can. Even when it's a stupid BagDevil PvP award

Welcome to the new people.

I don't have a smartphone, so my playtime is limited to when I can access Wi-fi on my Nexus 7. This means I usually play about an hour at a time, once or twice a day. I often don't have time to grab ten minutes here and there several times over the course of the day (which seems to be the optimal play style with the new healing method). (I ramble a bit here, but it relates to the poll) The new change to healing strikes a blow not only to my interest level (I was excited about She-Hulk until I saw what they were doing to healing) but the amount of time I can play - I, like many, relied on careful use of OBW or Spiderman during matches to keep my team in fighting trim, and rarely used prologue healing. It didn't always work, but it was always a good feeling when you managed to go up against a tough team and come out at full health due to wise use of a healing skill. Now, unless you have the Auto-healers, that's just not going to happen (unless you get lucky with cascades.)

So far I've been having decent luck with Spiderman, concentrating on throwing out as many protect tiles as I can to minimize damage, and using stun repeatedly not for the stun itself, but because it makes the protect tiles much stronger. This is a nice combo with Classic Magneto, as it can feed his Magnetic Transcontintentalgrooveafunksploison.

For now, unless they strike a better balance/different solution to healing, I cast my vote for option two.

I guess it makes sense to try and respec Patch to 3/5/5 now - right now I have him at 5/5/3.

I want to say thanx for adding me to your group. It is nice to be in a competitive alliance that doesn't bust balls. I was in X-men 3 for a little while. They make this game way to stressful. Not even fun. I was also in an alliance with frubzy for a while too. Definitely one my favorite alliance mates. He let me know you had an opening.

I also want to apologize for my low season score right of the bat. I know it looks bad but I had to take a break after season 2. Game was wearing on me big time. Almost thought of calling it quits. But of course we all know the strange magical powers this game has over us and I got sucked in again. So needless to say I got a late start on my season 3 score. If I remember correctly I was up in the 8000 to 9000 range for season 2. I also need to start paying more attention to the meta game also. I need to get my mmr lower. Right now I slog through 141's like a warrior with my hulk and punisher. Again, thanx for having me. Look forward to playing with you guys.

As Howard D, I'm glad to help round out the team's animal roster, with my friends FINK rat and Puce Moose, and Frubzy (that's a stuffed animal, right?).
Also glad to see we have a Dr. Who on the team. 4th regeneration, I'm hoping.
I've been leaning a little too heavy on OBW, so it will be interesting to see what life's like post healing nerf.
Looking forward to kicking butt on the Grey Widow PVP. Not as much looking forward to Daredevil.
Also looking forward to posting the joy and heartbreak of my Season 3 10 pack.
