I managed to get to 1100+ in he last lazy Thor pvp. Shame I wasn't quick enough to shield as I dropped about 200 in a couple of mins, yes it was last 15mins of tournie. So now I'm usually with shield at that point

Nerve wrecking last 30 mins in First Avenger as there are others pushing for Top 5 spot while I'm happy with Top 10 just to get the GSBW covers. Staying shielded as I don't want to drop any points.

i designed my patch to work well with gsbw and capitalize on his "best there is", so only have 3 green.

My best combi is patch/gsbw/spidey.

we'll see how torch turns out first before i decide to level up c.mag.

OK, managed a Top10 finish for First Avenger - now onto Hollowpoint Kiss. When's a good time to join the tourney? I'm trying to get into a less competitive bracket and also want to spend less on shielding.

Is evening/night time (GMT+8) good, or morning better?

Joining late would be better IMO. Personally I would join at least a day after the event starts. So far the brackets that I got are less competitve, where the top is around 800+ points.

In addition, there's only 2 events now. The tendancy for more competitive players to join early is higher.

It's not too bad. GSBW only slightly buffed. you can use your lazythorverine + obw.

I might go LT/Hood/GSBW or LT/Spidey/GSBW - unfortunately my Hood and Spidey are squishy... and I think I need to make my Hood 4/4/2 to be useful instead of the current 4/2/2. Hope that other team members make a good push.

So depressing that 976 wasn't enough for 1st. The worst thing about not being around is that you don't get to see how much you were beaten by.

Steam started updating MPQ, I think r50 is coming tonight. Will be joining GSBW pvp tomorrow as well around 3ish. sigh.. I don't really have a good team for GSBW either

edit 2: we're no.1 in the pve. it is meaningless though as we're probably going to get rubberbanded unless all of us make a push before lunch tomorrow lol.

For this tournament, I'm going to give my rarely used IM40 some run. I leaning towards having the Hood in the 3rd spot for extra offense acceleration (AP stealing plus rushing IM40's countdown tiles), but I'm worried that this team would be too soft on defense.

And since the tournament ends at 11 PM, I'm planning to join a bracket at 3 or 4 AM later. The idea is to avoid my fellow Asians who would be playing a lot in the final hours. Not sure if it would work though.

Out for work during the final hour of the event tomorrow.
If I was in the office I would definitely make a push, tho I will try to play every chance I get while I'm out. Hooray for hotspot tethering between phone and tablet!

Got only 1 HT from the event + 1 from Alliance reward. Would be better if i got all 3.

Let's move on and get ready for the next set of events. Hopefully it will end favorably on our timezone. But i guess it would just be wishful thinking.

For the current Hot Shot pvp, i think we can cut some slack since the reward is not too alluring for many of us.

Nevertheless, i'm still gonna play but not going to push so much. Probably going to go for top 25 for the iso.

Also, could you guys please inform me if syrnory and bajousai are still playing? if i'm not mistaken, their roster is still the same at the time we recruited them(but they could be hoarding iso) and they haven't said anything since R50. They are also the only 2 that i accepted not from the forum.

If indeed they are no longer playing, then we will have to find someone else. Either way, they need to inform us their status.
