I'm getting beyond tired of dealing with the same enemies every damn match. I get that for story purposes, it's always going to be the Dark Avengers, but man am I tired of seeing them. Especially 200+ Juggernaut and Ares.0

Do you remember which one were those static ones? [/quote]
If I recall correctly, they were new nodes that appeared on the main mission map. They could be repeated, but only gave decent points once before dropping to 1, and did not open new subs.0 -
So yeah...Rag/Juggy with 2 snipers = the biggest middle finger to players to date. It basically highlights and exploits the randomness of this simple puzzle game.0

Yup, that was why I found the Simulator so enjoyable, as it had a great mixture of opponents and really forced you into having a varied line up. I wouldn't mind if they ran that again, with some toned down scaling of course.0 -
I'm sitting in 389 at 198k points. Been just doing 1 refresh the past couple of days due to burn out and its worked pretty well.0

192,179 is currently good for 591st...I've been in the 400-600 range most of the event. I want to get to 200k as I think that should ensure a top 1000 finish.
14 day events need an intermission where there are no missions for a 12 or 24 hour period. Or a large ISO reward mission towards the end of the event to keep players interested.0 -
radav wrote:I hope they take note of the number of comments about how long these events tend to drag on and how at about the 3 days left go mark when the fights all hit their max level everyone is just kind of punching in for work, putting in their minimum amount of effort and looking forward to the end. The last three days I've done nothing but clear each node 1 time per sub twice and that's it and I've been hovering around 300.
It would be good if such comments were actually considered but my hope is low to none. Still I keep repeating that the original hulk events were fun all the way end to end and between for me. And this one sucks massively.
Facing only 150+ groups, rigged with goon+feeder, featuring daken/rag/ares on desert -- and almost exclusively that is not my idea of fun even if I can win some of those with a little luck.
At least if I knew that everyone fights the same it would keep me motivated (as last time taking on some of the 230 fights with low roster), but should I care about rigged stuff?0 -

Yeah they were missions on the main map, I remember for sure that they did not open new subs, but are you sure they could be repeated, I'm almost sure they were one and done.0 -
I've been hovering around #200 for the past few days, and if anyone is interested in what #200 is, at this point of writing it's 211532. I can also see walkyourpath right here.0

I'm sitting exactly at #150 with 215459 sandwiched between Phantron and Morgh.0

Yep, that aspect of the simulator was great (along with locking out some of your roster). And many people reported the same. Just can't get why devs are obsessed with community scaling.0 -

I recall they were repeatable alright but went to 1 digit points after like 2 takes. They did not produce new subs but some produced a new node.
In first run I was 200 pts short from the last progression cover and had no way to make more than 30.0 -
I thought they were repeatable at first but it was just once you could do them.
Due to the old mechanisms there was a delay in displaying the available points properly but you would only get points once and then the points went to zero.
- Although we had a 12 hour span to do them then.
With an additional 12 hours now, I'm actually expecting them to be repeatable.0 -

Not 100% on that, but I thought you could play them again if you wanted to grind them for the rewards even though they only offered points once. They just went immediately to 1 (or 0?) after the first pass. I guess we'll know soon enough!
Either way, ATM it's reasonable to assume that final placement will be all but solidified by the end of the subs tonight.0 -

100% this. each day my placement has deviated less and less. It's actually quite nice, since I've been able to chill on my playing time each successive day.0 -
Since Thor's red is his most mediocre, I ain't even sad I won't get a red cover. Pretty much burnt out by the event, too, first time I got all the prog rewards from an event though. I would try my luck against lvl 230 Ares, Juggs and Daken more, but the high chance of losing characters with the ongoing LRs doesn't appeal to me. And even higher chance of getting the dreaded 20 iso reward several times in a row doesn't help either.0

They were repeatable by only award points once. Due to a display bug they appear to award points more than once, but you only got points once despite what the screen claims.0 -
