I guess I was referring to the general discussion mostly. I used to find loads of threads interesting back when, but these days there is hardly a single one per day that don't feel like a re-hash of previous complaints.

Anyway, I'm a CareBear and I won't let that get me down. Although the departure of our friend FriteJay from the ScarFighters did make me sad.

In PvE related stuff my scaling is getting out of control. Some nodes are closing in on lv 300. Falcon is pulling his weight nicely though together with C.Mags and Punisher. Also, I'm closing in on final progression reward. This has been my most dedicated PvE showing since they gave out Laken I think. Of the irony (it's there somewhere)

How are CBS doing in PvE total? Not in top 10 I see.

Ha, I'm in the level 395 club so count yer blessins'. And it's not as if I'm leaving the fights unscathed. I'm leaving very scathed!

I think we're in the mid-70s for our rank right now, but the points are really packed. A couple hundred points one way or another is all you need to move up 4 ranks. Being available at the last hour is gonna be critical for this event unfortunately. While most of us are over 30K and 40K, there is one Bear that plays PVE like a 'Deadly Bane'. He knows who he is.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I hit 40K and I'm already committed to wake up at night to secure a CapMarvel.

Once you've been consistent enough in the early days of PvE it's very difficult to simply stop.

My scaling has crossed lv 300 now. I don't envy you DD, but I'm guessing you must have hit those nodes a few more times than me perhaps. Roster wise I don't think we're that different from one another in terms of levels.

Sorry brother bear, I am nototriously bad as well. When I am hopping around, I am looking at points, not names. I don't even really look at who the team is - good points, beat down... I am getting bettre though, as I am skipping the Bears more often than hitting them now.

How is the Bearcave doing? Any open slots?

Lvl 300 scaling. I dont know how you can even win those. I need someone to post some Youtube videos to see that in action. I've nearly given up now that I'm seeing over 175. I lost interest though when they "introduced" Bullseye. At least Ive leveled up a lot for Steve R and BP PVPs. Gotta go out at lunch just to ensure a top 25 there for the black BP cover.

Tonzil, I dont look at names too much either. Cave is great. Much more casual now. Finding I can put down the phone more often.

I'll be honest, C.Mags' broken blue skill is key so you can get multiple turns in a row. If I don't need to use Cap then I use Falcon. I can either boost Blue defense tiles or punisher's strike tiles to around 400 damage/defense. I eliminate the goon first to deny black to Venom (in the Venom/Yelena/Don node - the only one over 300 for me).

Falcon does a lot of good to boost tiles and C.mags gives me more turns than I deserve. Towards the end of some battles single tile matches will deal 2K damage thanks to falcon.

Fellow Bears,

I have been with DD and the CareBearStare alliance since, almost when alliances were first announced.

I am in dire need of a breather.

After the completion of this PvE event (ISO 8 Brotherhood), I will be making my way over to the BearCave to relax, unwind and play a whole lot less competitively in the upcoming events. I don't want my choice to reflect badly on the rankings of this fantastic alliance. I am sure, as always, DD and Kamu will perceiver in their endeavors to find a suitable replacement. Of course, should the need arise, I can pop in and help acquire Alliance specific rewards.

I will also be on vacation for a few weeks, with limited time to play and a major lack of sleep to make up. I actually look forward to returning to the "casual" of this game.

Of course, I may be just putting my foot in my mouth and there may be no slots available in the Cave for me to go and hide-bernate in...

You know, I will be Staring at you all from afar.

It has been a pleasure. Even before leaving, I already look forward to returning to you, you great bunch of guys and gals.

First Avenger is completed. We managed to hit rank 64. Not too bad all! I'm not a conspiracy fellow, so I'm not going to suspect sharding and this and that, but my 1008 points was only good for #12 in my bracket. Woof! Brackets sounded like they were tough all over.

Now for PVE... it's gonna be a hard one. New characters, big scaling, and big competition. Let's bring this one home to the bears!

Great going everyone - we've all passed the 40K mark in PVE and 80% of us have passed 50K. It's been awfully competitive and the rank swings have been huge. Our European/Russian teammates have a little more time left and that leaves the rest of us to carry across the finish line. I don't know if it's the new character, the sub-less event, or just cause people love fighting goon nodes... what have I learned from this event? How will be better prepared when they re-run it? No clue.

14 hours left. Do your stretches. Get that HP ready (to open a new cover spot!). And let's stare this one down!

Its taken me until this morning to figure out how to use SteveR effectively. Passed 50K but still barely top 200 (even though 1st was 54K). OBW/Hood for faster than lightning red attacks for 3500 damage each. But, I for one will be selling any new characters I get.

Thats a great idea! Even better if you start out with red/yellow +3AP boost.

Well, Steve was my first maxed 3*, been tinkering with the best supporting cast to go with him for a while. Really would love two more blue hoods to throw him into the mix as well.

yeah been going through lots of those, pretty sure I have spent more iso than I have gained out of the PVE so far, need a strong finish to recoup my losses and make it all worth it
