    Hm...I also have same issue that my phone automatically turn on again and again and i fix it by a simple method given in Asus Fonepad 7 Manual. Hope so it will help you to....................
    Plug the power adapter into the Tablet
    With the adapter plugged in, Hold down the power button for 20 seconds
    Disconnect the power adapter from the Tablet and press the power button for 20 seconds.
    Reconnect the power adapter and turn on the Tablet. It should power up just fine.
