Yeah I see you e also crept up to 3rd in our sub bracket. I'm not expecting much from the tokens. A black hulk is about the only thing interest in they could give me.

Not looking forward to Hulk. He's just not very active like the others. He's more a wall of annoyance.

With Loki, doom and magneto you could build a team to work with them. Hulk doesn't synergise.

And I'd hate to click on red by mistake and wipe my team because he's so buffed.

Pair him with GWBS or ares or another strong green user along with spidey or OBW.

Took the first day and a half off to get in a good Psylocke bracket and sitting at 5 with almost 60,000. Totally glad I did that. Dont have to grind as much and can take a little off

I started basically at beginning. #5 has 62,000. #6 has 52000.
Doesn't seem like your procrastination did all too much.

Same here, 60k would get you #6 in my bracket. #10 is only at about 40k too.

Maybe I just lucked into a super weak bracket? Havrnt grinded almost anything and I have a 10k lead over 2nd @54k. After 3rd it drops down to the 35k range. I plan to burn a bunch of the hard missions in a little once I turn the tv on to watch an old western. Seriously...nobody is grinding. Probably because top 2, yellow ow, is kinda mhee, and even mid lvl players have a bunch of patches at this point (progress rewards). Psylocke is the only real incentive and she is top 10...so...

Plus from my hard brackets clearly ppl are having and issue there. I am winning hard brackets just by doing 90% of the missions.....

Moral

72k on top here. 2nd has 66k.

My hard bracket is driving my main score with 3 of us between 29k and 30k

I'm in the same sub, but way down. (Don't have the roster to compete fully in this one.) But yeah, top on 100,868 is nuts. I see you are 3rd on 77k - that's some gap!

Yeah you got lucky.... I have Brady28 leading my main bracket He's in first with roughly 78k, I'm second at 75k, 3rd has 71k. Since top 2 get the same prizes I'm just gonna focus and maintaining the gap from 3rd.

I've been just mainly grinding down the high pt stacks instead of hitting each node. The downside is I don't pick up all the 500 ISO prizes, but the up side is I only have to play about 12 matches per reset.

I just had the most ridiculous fight ever against Punisher, Don and IW, worth the odd 1000 points. Took Daken, mStorm and Spidey as usual, I used to take oBW for extra safety but with Daken it's usually just as safe and much quicker, too.
All was going well, I had enough blue to stun IW and Punisher, but I stunned the Don instead of Punisher by mistake. And what do you know? Punisher somehow had just enough red for Retribution, downing my Spidey immediately. Then Molotov. Storm followed not much later, and I was left with an almost dead Daken against all three... Thankfully Punisher was almost finished by then, so he went down first; and despite IW using Invisibility twice on herself, she destroyed the Invisibility tile once and I did the other time, also destroying the uber-protective tile from Force bubbles. She gave in to strike tiles despite her best efforts at defense; and the Don was a piece of cake after that. The AI just can't play IW at all, I must admit... What's the use of a mega defensive character in the hands of an AI...
WHEW thank goodness for Daken's buff. That fight alone took me back to 1st on Hard mode.

Yes, turn 3 defense tiles into next turn locking bubbles so you can't remove the defense tile is useless...

Yes - was a double disappointment that:
1. Enemy levelling is basically as over-the-top as previous events, it just took a bit longer to get there.
2. They didn't implement a normal mode levelling cap of half-hard mode.

Of course we're all getting the hang of very slow grinding or simply playing the bare minimum to maximize points and minimize level-creep, but overall this is still a pale shadow of the events before enemy levelling was introduced in terms of fun - for me at least.
(Except those first 2 magical "5k ISO!!" prize moments.)

Lazy Sunday afternoon + nothing responsible to be doing = sitting behind a shield in PvP + sitting out PvE so I have an easier time getting to/through the big ISO missions next round w/ maximum rubber-banding.

I'd appreciate fewer incentives not to play!

I got my Yellow patch cover, don't think I'll go too much over 100k progression reward, so the Red and Green is out of reach. Now just grudgingly grinding to keep ranking for Psylocke cover.

I'm just playing Dark Souls after doing a once-through of all the missions. Don't feel like grinding them out for 500 ISO rewards when last time I did a second and third run-through and literally only got 2 tokens and 100 ISO for my extra efforts. I'll probably pick this bracket up at the last hour to keep top 10 (I've dropped to top 20 in the main bracket, hardly care right now to be honest - plus Psylocke's blue ability is her worst, assuming it only steals one color, so for future tournaments I'll care even less... although I need to consider the short term where having a higher level Psylocke for her feature tournament is a huge deal, but now I'm rambling).

Crazy gaps between 1 and 10 in my main bracket.
Leader sitting At 85k and 10th is at 57k.

I believe the spread will get even higher as the event goes on because it's cumulative progression against mobs. This should mean that eventually only the high rosters will be able to complete the big score missions???

I grind so I'm not sure how the mobs look for rosters of 100+
Which means scaling is actually working?
