Gah. I managed to get a few queued up, did them as quickly as possible, shielded. Then 5 minutes later was notified of getting hit for like 40, and then five minutes after that, notified I was beat by josemartins for -26. I've got my retal queued up, but not happy one bit.

No, just obsessively checking the leaderboards for anyone unshielded, and randomly skipping a bunch and hoping for anything above a 5 (okay, I guess that is the lottery).

Would it be too late to hop in this thing? If i have a trouble scoring in the 100s in lightning rounds would the same hold true in this event, although my villains are total garbage.

If you cant crack 100 in LRs I would sit this one out until you get a couple 3 stars in the 90's.

Looks like the board shifted a bit. I see Morphy on top now where I'm pretty sure Optimates was. I may be thinking of an early ranking though -- I've skipped through so many 0-point matches I'm developing carpel tunnel.

I'm paranoid after what happened to Rango and Jose. I decided to do a 1-pointer to refresh my shield -- boosted the hell out of it too to make sure I was in-and-out lightning quick. I murdered the opposition and came out to the Daily Reward Screen (!!) which then prompted a "Communication with Shield Server interrupted"

Thankfully I shielded just in time to get a ton of 0-point defeat notices. Narrowly missed that one.

Thats cool i threw my hat into the ring. Was ranked in the 7.5k range after one win if people are curious. No progression awards is a bummer.

I think people are leveraging maxed Modern Storm to combat high level Patch teams. Her attack tiles are brutal after Patch unloads his claws. I started prioritizing her above OBW and Spidey.

I love Modern Storm teams. Helluva lot quicker to dispatch a level 50 storm than a level 141 Hulk...

Definitely take that **** out first on jungle though...
