A few minutes ago the game loaded to fantastic 50%... check your... blabla.
Must have been something big in trouble. Mh.

Made it up to 18k at Rocket & Groot yesterday, huh, I'm glad. But you players with shield expiring... that's annoying.

Anything new what has happened?

What are you telling with "it's back"? Still down. Nothing happens, and my internet connection is okay.

Yes men, Now i can play normally. I finished the DDQ and I get de MS Marvel Token and I play a complet round of PVE.

it is a massacre in top gun right now, no-one is making any headway, everyone is scrambling and getting nowhere. Shield and wait it out.. i was at 918, put a 300hp shield up last night.

No connection all morning.. finally get to play, que up a 67 point match, won, only got 7 points and hit twice.. fine.. tried again, 48 point match, got the points, but hit 2 more times.

it got all the way down to 725 before i re-shielded and gave up.

Yeah, lost all my health packs and I'm getting hit twice for every battle I win. I dumped a ton of Iso-8 into Mohawk Storm so that I could have a chance, but I'm getting hit by people with 4 maxed. This is so frustrating. I don't see how anyone is suppose to get to 1k in this situation.

I lost rankings in my PVP an PVE. I ended up being a bottom feeder in the falcon event and now I'm 200 in PVE. So I got a lot of ground to make up bc I couldn't log in. So I got screwed over in both events

Peaked at 972 in PvP, then got hit for 138 in total during one battle.

I can confirm that some external servers went down around 3:30 AM (EST) 07/08/2015. It looks like we were offline for approximately 4 1/2 hours. We're still gathering details, working on what went wrong and figuring out how we can ensure this doesn't happen again.

Our apologies for the outage and inconvenience. Compensation for those affected is planned. As I receive additional details I'll provide an update.

Not sure if it helps, but mine went down before that (around 10:45PST) and was out for more than 4.5 hours. I didnt get it back until mid the next morning. Cant pinpoint that as I stopped checking.

Also, should we submit tickets with specific details? Ie when I was finally able to get back in I had been hit for -250 points, with not enough time to get the 1k reward I had been close to........

Yeah, I lost connection almost on the stroke of 1:00am CDT. So close to the hour, that it's hard to believe it was coincidental actually. Check when this thread was created for confirmation that the issue existed at least 1.5 hours before 3:30am EDT. Also, this thread suggests the downtime actually lasted a bit longer than 5 hours.

Still, I appreciate the response finally. I know that people and technology aren't perfect, however a little communication goes a long way for me. It would have been better to have a more timely response, but I hope that a best effort was made still.

I invest a lot of time in this game, and this outage in particular affected me quite severely. It caused me to miss my PvP push window and lack a shield and also caused me to lose a PvE refresh. Since I don't expect us to just be given a 4 cover, I regretfully compounded this issue by doing my best to push to 1k in the last 4 hours of a competitive PvP. All in all, I feel like I wasted about 5-6 hours of my time just on the PvP.

Being completely honest, I doubt the compensation offered will be sufficient to make me feel satisfied. Thank you for the apology though.

Thanks for the update David, but I somehow feel that I will be able to get that Red Hulkbuster cover I was going to hit. Invested time and hp. Was at 874 points with 17hrs to go and servers go down. Two 70 point fights and that HB red was mine, but by the time the server comes back I am hit twice and fighting to stay in the high 800's.

Unfortunately as I am in Australia it is was approaching midnight had no choice but to shield in. Finished in the top 25 on over 900 with cover rewards for a full covered character, but no chance to hit that top reward that I was working towards. Shame I know.
