Is the Vault Working for You? Vault Efficiency

I hope juggernaut vault works for me, pulled a beast i can't use so far0

Finally pulled my first 4* today, a Nick Fury . Guess there is hope after all! This is my first 4* pull since The Vault started. Don't know the exact date DDQ with The Vault started, or how many tacos I've earned since the beginning, so I don't have any percentages to share. I'Ve just noticed a pick up of sorts in Vault pulls. With this cover I just got, I've pulled two 1500 ISO and 250 HP all this week. My opinion of The Vault may be slowly changing lol0

The vault is basically a complete joke. Odds are pathetically bad. If they wanted to fix the vault, they'd get rid of 2* rewards and health packs, and increase the number of 4*'s, reducing the total number of items in the vault.
As others have noted when the vault initially popped up, the stated purpose was to make rare rewards (3/4*) more obtainable, but based on observable effect, the primary purpose is to encourage players to buy more Taco tokens directly (rather than earning meaningful rewards through gameplay).
So yeah, like everything else for the entire history of this game, it's basically just a cash grab with a thin pretense of being responsive to the player community (if we're honest, the speed of adjusting rewards to reasonable levels for most players has always been so bad it makes Congress look efficient).0 -

Dude, the vault is a mathematically factual increase on the odds of opening good stuff compared to the old system. You may argue that it is still not ideal compared to some subjective belief of what it should be, but it's a definite, unarguable improvement on the past. If this is your happy dance, I hope we don't get to see you angry.0 -

Welcome to the internet, where anyone who disagrees with you is automatically "angry". If I had to label my feelings towards MPQ, I'd label it as overwhelming disappointment in wasted potential.
The vault is a trivial improvement in odds, which was the result of clamoring from the player base for making 4/3*'s more obtainable. Rather than listening and changing things in a meaningful way, they made a trivial change without substantially increasing the odds or giving a valid pathway to progression. The only real reason you're disagreeing with me is that you're trapped on the hamster wheel. Step off it for a week or two and you'll see what I'm saying is correct. This is a video game. We shouldn't have to beg for table scraps or trickle down MPQ-nomics. They should be giving players what they want, not calculating the minimum that they'll accept so that they keep playing and spending money.0 -
Not choosing sides on these last two posts, but HappyDance's last couple sentences really made a great point that hopefully everyone agrees on. They really do have this game setup in a way to barely keep us playing every minute to give us so little in return for our efforts. Counting on our bad luck to in turn make us spend for money for more chances.
Good thing I was left off the ViP list for Jugs vault, because my money spending is done.0 -

I really cannot conceive how could they possibly make 3*s more available without making them completely trivial. Every day nowadays I'm selling 2-3 3*s that I need as much as I need 2*s, which is not at all. As for 4*s, they still can withstand some increased flow, I agree but that was not the point in which I called you on. You were saying that the vault is nothing but a cash grab; I counter that the vault is a factual increase on the previous odds and a literal improvement. The fact that it is still not as good as you wish is irrelevant to the point being made. I, too, would like to have a vault with 30 items: ten 4*s, ten 5k HP and 10 1 million Iso, but just because what we got doesn't match up to my wildest dreams I'm not going to diss the undeniable improvement.0 -
Overall, I like the vault. Deadpool's Daily has been a little bit better for me as the previous taco system. I like that I know what my chances of getting something are. But something needs to be done about how its reset.
The Juggernaut event ended a while ago, I just got my final Jugg Vault token and found that it was reset. The ****? I pulled nothing but 2*s (ain't mad, it happens), which should make the odds a little bit better for me, but I don't even get to keep the vault an hour or so after the event ends? Why even give me a token for that vault then?0 -

Yes, they should definitely not be trying to get the players to play and spend money, because the game is completely a charity that they are running out of the pure goodness of their hearts and they get paid in smiles and good feelings.
It's not an upfront console purchase game, it's F2P game that makes it's revenue by encouraging purchase of extras. If they don't make money, the game will shut down. Condemning them for doing what needs to be done to keep a business running is just silly.0 -

The vault system would work a lot better if it didn't use the same currency as slots.
Thats a really backwards idea in this game. You're punished for buying HP by needing HP to make use of the thing you bought with HP.0
