    I remember reading part of that back then. Marvel comics weren't easy to get in UK then. I did score X-Men 130 if I recall, debut of Dazzler. Now I feel old.

    When you get to 800 in Lord of Thunder and have to go out for most of the day and forgot to Shield with 8 hours still left...I guess you are welcome to everybody who enjoyed the points, lol!

    Having to bring a 2-star into a Wave node against LVL 440 characters.  Ares may have survived the first wave of Cap, Spider Gwen and Scarlet Witch, but that just meant he was frozen solid when Iceman used his 12 green AP to blast my team for an ungodly amount of damage.

    Don't waste Iso. After 3 skips, close the game/app, then re-open it. The skip-penalty should be gone, allowing you to skip another 3 Gritty teams for free ;)

    Woke up this morning with about an hour and a half left for my s1 WW grind. Having 5-stars now, this is way too much time, so I told myself I'd just lay back down for a bit and pick it up when there's about 45-50 minutes left. Fell asleep, and woke up with a little less than half an hour left. I was poised to finish the event 7th or 8th overall, so I completely screwed myself out of some Thanos covers. I told myself I'd never throw my phone again due to MPQ frustrations (I've cracked a screen before), so I instead punched my desk. It hurt quite a bit.

    Similarly, I just plain forgot to do my final clears for Webbed Wonder. Would have picked up at least one Thanos cover there.

    Mis-timed my final cleardown, wasnt able to finish, left points on the thanos essential node, finished #21, missing out on a 2nd sabretooth cover

    I just drew another blue Doom for my now 4/0/4 Doom. Come on, is a single black cover before he vanishes into classics so much to ask for?!

    My 5/1/5  doom with 7 saved covers feels your pain. And the clock is ticking...

    Doom has been evasive. After my 297th pull this morning with Doom as a possible draw, I'm still 2/3/2. Meanwhile, champed Hela and C5rol who both entered LL after Doom. Odd aren't good I'll cover him in the time left. :(

    Finishing at #11 in Deadpool vs MPQ, by 300 pts, missing out on Magik Covers #13 and 14.  My Magik is sitting at 5/3/4, and guess which cover is coming up in the Venom Bomb event...

    At 7 saved mean right hook covers for Carol. (sits at 5/4/3)

    At 9 saved Fallen Favor for GED (sits at 3/5/4).

    RNG keeps punishing me with these covers. Gonna push to finish Doom over the weekend, but afterwards think I need to hoard since my C4rol is at 356. Will probably trade 3 of those Doom covers cause I don't expect him to get a feeder for a long long time.

    Jumped in on Teen Riot a little too close to the last minute, and finished my last match just a few seconds too late to get my Progression CP.

    Taking on a decidedly non meta team in SHIELD Sim and getting toasted anyway by one of those awful cascades that never seems to end, combined with an invisibility tile landing in the bottom corner of the board and getting completely stuck.

    Me : Jessica 375 5/3/3, Chavez, MEH.
    Them : Medusa, MoStorm, Invisible Woman. 

    The board got absolutely flooded with attack tiles, twice in about 3 turns it felt like. Sue at one point had two invisible tiles out and the AP for a 3rd. When the one landed in the bottom corner and just wouldn't move, I knew I was facing a long slow bleed out so I just bailed.

    Got distracted and it happened again in Magneto's PvP. Altho it still would have been fine if he hadn't managed to fire Coercive Field FIVE TIMES in one match. :o

    Today I decided to quit MPQ. I'm not going to create a thread like some do cause I find that all very cringy but I've finally had enough of the lack of progress this game has suffered from in recent times. I looked and saw that the next PVE was The Hunt and I simply couldn't be bothered to start it. 

    My time ends at day 1637, which makes me sad to an extent (hence why I've put this in here) as I've loved the game for the majority of those days. 

    I plan to still drop in here from time to time with the hope of seeing some drastic change that might bring me back but considering how long its been since we last had something really great added to the game I dont have high hopes. 

    Anyway, all the best to you all and hope you all can love the game for as long as I did.

    Easy one today: my first experience with wasted 5* covers. I decided to make some pulls before Doom leaves, and while I did manage to snag his 5th black cover, bringing him to 2/5/2, I also got two red Carols, bringing her to 7/5/1. Bah.

    I stopped after the black Doom, as I'm down to about 90 pulls and didn't like my odds of finishing him. I'll probably wait until I need a Rescue cover to pull any more. My Hela is 4/4/4 so she's just awaiting her 13th.
