  • Well, it's just ridiculous. 5 out of 10 players in my main bracket got no char higher than lvl 50 in their roster, another 3 got one or two 2**-chars at about lvl 60... seems legit icon_e_confused.gif

    Well that was fun:

The mission "Hopped Up Mutants" showed up as being worth 30~50 points in the main event page. Even after quitting app and restarting. It should definitely be worth points, since I only cleared it once in the last refresh.
Levels are about 150. I slog through the fight and for my Victory I get awarded 1 point. Checked the other missions that I had not yet completed this refresh and no wild point changes there.

Lol did one mission and back to 230
  • gosh... now i felt unmotivated now since i already achieve 20k points and there is no more further reward... and there is still 1 days and 19 hours left i believe... currently just complete for top 10 to earn all the DareDevil cover... probably next event gotta do with DD appear to fight against the mafia so gotta grab what we can icon_mrgreen.gif
  • It seems like everyone in my bracket had the same idea as me and isn't trying as hard anymore. If I (somehow) cleared every mission, I'd be in 1st place by thousands. The final day should be interesting.

Same here, just been ticking over since the boost changes. Think everyone else in my bracket is doing the same as we're just playing hot potato with top spot. Want top 10, but am not going to bust my gut for it.

Same idea here, I am happy enough to get all three covers. I doubt either of us can get to top two as I am looking their rosters compared to our two.
  • I haven't even been playing my sub since the R47 patch. The minimal points in the subs aren't worth it with the new boosts cost. I'm just trying to do whatever missions in the main that will keep me in the top 10. Trying to cut the costs.

    Doing the same.

It is soooooo boring waiting this tournament to end.
  • I was pretty gung ho about Daredevil but last night I couldn't bring myself to play at all because I had just grinded myself out. Luckily this morning I hopped back on and i'm hoping i can still salvage a top 10 in the main bracket. Grinding early in the pve event now seems almost like a waste of effort since they are worth so little in comparison, I know this has always been the case, but I don't seem to learn icon_e_wink.gif

On the bright/dark side there are so many events going on. Get's you some diversity.

I'm doing the main missions 230 Hood (Worth 3,000 points) and the 230 Hood/Magneto (Worth 2,500 points) and that's it methinks. I think with just doing those, you can keep your place wherever you are in your bracket.

Whoa yours goes up that high? I've only ever seen 2000 as the top value.

    Probably 2000+1000=3000

Right sorry. 2000 points the first time, then 1000 points the second time.
  • One thing I've noticed with the new version is that the points listed for each mission are a lot more accurate. Not 100% still, i think the rubber banding can change while you're mid mission so perhaps that is why, but still quite a bit more accurate.

It's certainly a lot more reliable to know whether a mission is at 1 or not now.
  • So I want to try to lower the level of some of the THUG missions. If you start a match, retreat, rinse and repeat, will the level go down? Or do you have to start it, actually die, then rinse and repeat?
  • Both will work, tho dying seems to drop the levels faster than retreating (per battle) so it might be "amount of hp lost" related. The actual math is likely very complicated.

If the enemies are already all 230s you'll likely have to tank a TON to drop them, like having your entire roster dying a few times.

Gotcha, that's what I figured. Might be quicker to just play and try to beat the 230 Goon missions than try to tank it. Thanks.
