Fiddlesticks. Got top 10 instead of top 2. Hadn't been trying enough to get top 2 then I got surprisingly close. I can't be TOO mad as I didn't even think I had a chance at the top 2 this time. But yea, tinykitty baglady kept making me wipe on the jumpjet. Know for a fact that would have been the difference...grumble. o well, i'll get the next one. Still...2100 hp made so.far not.including missions is pretty darn good for not having even done the first sub event or two.

I now have a (4/4/5) Ares and 3000HP haphazardly jammed under my mattress. 5 days left.

I feel bad about hogging Ares covers now, but that HP is too good to pass up.

Eh, it doesn't seem like people are trying THAT hard to win these. I've just been playing in the last hour or so of the sub-event and have won three sub-events pretty easily. It helps that I can run the 240s, though. I use Spidey + Punisher + whoever.

Yeah, I kept getting mana screwed on the 240 mission. Was able to knock it out all the way down to single digits this afternoon without a single casualty, but this last set, I gave up after the 3rd time ares got 2 green matches I couldn't deny and I ran out of blues to keep him stunned, and then couldn't get IW out in front to eat the attack.

Yeah not hard. Im annoyed with myself for giving up the 500 HP. That is not insignificant. 5 blue Spidey is the key to this event.

I actually prefer widow over spidey for the 240 fights. Spidey works well too though. Been farming them with wolv/widow and spidey/mag

Yeah wolv/widow works for some... there is the one with the 240 daken that I would like a higher level spidey and a decent covered mag to work with

Did anyone else not get their reward from "The Hunt: Savage" that was secured just under 11 hours ago? I went to bed in 2nd place; Woke up and it was over but I did not get anything. Got items from the 2nd Hulk event.

Gotten two #1s and the rest top 5 for every missions so far, but I have a question to you guys.

I'm going to Vegas this weekend and don't know how much I'll be able to play. If I skip Saturday/Sunday, what place you think I'll end up?

what place are you now? I would guess 2 days miss would drop you into the 100+ range. I don't think u would get a punisher for the last 2 days completely missed. That's like losing 12-18k points. You simply cannot create that type of separation in these pve events. Do you not have a data plan? I'm sure there will plenty of down time in a weekend trip to Vegas as long as you aren't on a casino floor (no cellphones). Even just playing through the first play of each mission would met you 9-12 k.

I haven't done the 2 current missions and I'm #10. Ah hell, I'm going to go to the "bathroom" a bunch of times this weekend in hopes of finishing it LoL

The ones without the red checkmark are replayable. Usually its only a 3-5 of the missions near the end.

Right now I can only see Alaska and the main event, the other two subs don't appear in my tournament tab. Does anyone know what's up here? The Ares event and lightning tournaments are visible too.

So I have been trying the suggested strategy of joining near the beginning and doing all the missions with a few hours left and grind it out, but I am still struggling to hit the top 50.

I think my issue is that I run our of time to grind the repeatable missions down to nothing. I also cant beat the level 200+ teams which is leaving big points on the tables.

What is the lowest you can grind down the replaybale missions? Any one have tips for beating the +240 plus teams with out using Spiderman? (Mine is only 2/3/2 lvl 50)
