Im going through the same trouble. Facing off against 150-170 goons is a pain! Even though I mostly use the blue/purple combo of Stormneto + Hawkeye, its taking a bunch of shots to bring them down... and once they have a couple of
out, forget it... a single pistol brings down any character and then the ensuing cascade will bring down the other two... there's gotta be something wrong with the scaling system considering im in the same 2*->3* transition stage 0 -
Just noticed that hitting a node ticks the countdown back to 3 hours instead of 2h 24 minutes.0

Ok, so, I guess I don't really understand what the fuss is all about.
My team I roll with (level) is either: Loki (130 boosted), Daken (71 boosted), Ares(75 boosted), or I just do 2* Thor(86 no boost), OBW(62 no boost), CStorm(62 no boost).
"Maggia Assault" (the first level) has ramped up to level 96/97 goons, and "Crossfire," the hardest level with Punisher and 2 goons, they are level 156/157. I'm in the second-to-last slice
I have 21404 event points, and have run through the levels i think 5 times now. Sure, I've lost a few times, but I have yet to spend money on healing (or anything, except hero points when I first started playing), and I am comfortably beating the levels one by one, every 3 hours...
Are people with similarly leveled characters seeing higher-level guys right now?0 -
I've been hitting the nodes every three hours, and then quadruple clearing the nodes as time runs out. It's a lot of work, but I managed to get into the top 20.
Despite all that, the top ten in my bracket have scores nearly double mine, and they have fairly terrible rosters. In short, their scores look impossible, and there is no way they could have defeated the level 290 nodes I was facing.
When there are good prizes for the top 50 players, some amount of cheating can be tolerated, since it only affects 5% of the prizes. But when the number of prizes is throttled down this far, and it looks like 100% of the top prizes are going to go to cheaters, then the game is severely broken.0 -

I didnt get the Loki cover from the Gauntlet, and remember selling one at one point I got from tokens due to roster space. Luckily the MPQ gods smiled upon me and delivered a gift in the form of a Loki cover from Daily Rewards on the very day the event started.
Now if those same MPQ gods would just send me some of the 3* covers I need, that would be great...0 -

You know you're in for a grind when 20 minutes into a sub opening, there is already someone with over 5600 points, when one run through gets you about 3402...
I know its from either Rubberbanding off the slice leader or two quick run throughs, but man doe it kill the mood...0 -

That hare will get beat by a tortoise who does clears every 3 hours. PVE is all about the finish.0 -
Try restarting your app a few times, in the PvE before the gauntlet mine disappeared too, and restarting fixed it. (EDIT: though it took a few restarts for it to work)loroku wrote:

Didn't those essential nodes were you fight Bullseye use to have dialogue? I seem to remember Osborne ordering Daken to take Bullseye down a notch because his unrestrained violence was putting in jeopardy the plan to get on the good side of Sentry and Bullseye telling Daken that he had become Osborne's lapdog or something like that.0

Yeah, Bullseye was questioning if Daken is now the teacher's pet and Daken said that's Moonstone and he's just the attack dog. I guess since the featured character is Loki it doesn't make much sense when Daken might not even be present so they got rid of it.0 -
Holy **** scaling is back...ugh. I haven't had an 'undoable' node in at least a month...sigh...
The good news is that people in my bracket(at least close to my position) don't seem to be WTFBBQGRINDINGHARDCORE420 at least...0
