So D3 did not give everyone free tokens. I completely understand that decision. But they did admit that a mistake was made, and offered what could be a river of tokens.

Then Ice says that if the progression rewards were set to high, it would be possible to tweak them in the second LR.

For the game as a whole, there are more rewards. That is a good thing. You just have to work for it. You may not even have to work that hard. Try a LR and see what happens. If they screw it up, I will be right there alongside you to call them out.

This is no longer a problem of "Why aren't there tokens in the PVP progression?" That problem has been acknowledged. Very well, in my opinion.

If they would have said "Sorry about that, here is 100 ISO as an apology." then I would have been upset. But how can you be upset about a compensation when you have no idea how good the compensation is yet?

You should just ignore me. A lot stress just built up. Playing 48 hours of LR not going to be easy.

Finished all the seed teams, sitting at 150 points and Lady Thor's blue followed by red = most characters dead.

500 points doesn't seem like a fair threshold to make up for the tokens I already earned so far

I'll go ahead and say it. 500 points is impossible unless you land on an all-2* roster bracket. Even at lvl 100 she-thor can take out most characters in the game so even something like cstorm mnmags featured had a solid chance against a maxed xforce.

It's a feeding frenzy. I feel so bad about the guys trying to make it past 100 in my bracket with lvl 50 toons.

Been playing the entire time, managed to hit 300, now every match I do lose twice as many points as I gain from the losses I take while in the match.

Using shields and healthpacks for lightning rounds isn't exactly something I'd consider fun.

I only got attacked once and was only able to get to ~350 or so.

I finished with 375, but got hammered. I was probably hit for a total of 250+ points.

I played the entire 90 mins as well. At least I won my bracket...by 3 points.

Everytime I poked my nose above 300 I got swatted by someone from one of the top alliances or another, and almost always a maxed X-Force/Lazy Daken or X-Force/Cmags combo.

I managed to finish 1st in my bracket, by playing the entire lightning round, finished just barely above 300 points (like 315 or something I think), but not sure I'm interested in trying to do that for every round, and I imagine a lot of people were tanking (Since I ran across quite a few guys with max 166 rosters running 1 and 2 stars) which made it "easier" (hah), but I doubt I will a. get that lucky again or b. have the stamina/willpower/desire to slog through that for an hour and a half every with only a 30 minute break in between too many times.

Knocking around seed teams just for ISO in lightning rounds is usually one of my favorite parts of the game, this one made me feel like I need nap

So I'm slightly frustrated 500 pts seems to be absolutely unreachable for me. I was attacked 10+ times, even by folks with level 1s on their team. I think because she's level 100 with max covers that any sub-166 roster is in danger of being bullied.

I just wanted my tokens that I was supposed to get in Venom Heroic and Combined arms....I wouldn't have had to compete for the two in PVE. I wouldn't have had to fight tooth and nail to get to 300 points in PVP. I appreciate the communication and acknowledgement you made a mistake about this. I just don't think as a transitioning 2* player I'll be able to grab these tokens. I used my entire relevant roster only to end up 9th place.

Yes, iso is nice. But I can get iso anywhere. I just want my tokens....

At this point I don't know what else to do because the wolves will be out looking for prey for the entirety of lightning rounds, so I'll try the "enter last minute" strategy y'all've mentioned.

500 is unreachable to everyone but the most pimped out roster being played by the most furious, luckiest player ever.

My alliance mates can all reach upwards of 1300 points a pvp and they can't go higher than 400 in this.

I've only seen one person reach 500 and that was right when time expired. I'm hoping that if this trend doesn't change that'll they'll reexamine the 500 threshold when they open tomorrow. It's just do hard to tell how many people are doing it since I can only see the other 19 people on my brackets. Apparently, the total global points of not high enough to really reach 500. Unless, more people start playing or scoring more points, I know I won't be able to hit 500. Our best players probably can of they play perfectly, like I said one did and that was at the buzzer.

I'm finding high 200s doesn't get me hit much by the higher levels guys and consistently got me ranked 2. So I've recouped enough tokens to make up for what I've lost in PvP and pve. Said I would withhold my ultimate judgement till I play some lr have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised with how things are turning out

Upon further review, while I do agree that the 500 points seems unreachable, it's possible to finish top 5 with a transition roster. I played 2 so far, finished 2nd in both. In one of them, an X-Men guy was first but in the second, a player with only level 94 characters finished in first with total points in the mid/upper 200s.
