Yep. The first 2 subs end in 10 hours 25 minutes.
Can someone else confirm this?
It is a stone cold fact that the Canada & Nevada subs (the first two) end in <10 hours with recruit token prizes.
I'm really wary of all this. I might try my new approach of joining early and always RBing in the end with minimal play. Wish me luck.0 -

I'm suspecting that there will be a week (5 days) off in between seasons, and during that week they'll do another weird one, and a Fury pvp. That perhaps has Fury yellow at 1100.
I'm thinking that maybe once we reach the global score the "Free Green Hulk" node that unlocked last time will now be a "Free Yellow Fury" node. If they're feeling generous
that sounds like something that might drive hp sales for a roster slot.0 -

Recruit Token prizes?
Yeah the hulk can save himself or whatever the story in the event is. Gonna join like 6 hours before it ends.
If I play this event with a 14.4% chance of Johnny storm at least I get a few more covers for him!0 -

It will also mean they can have him on an essential on the next PvE since everyone will him at least one cover of him.0 -

I think I have done the Hulk one in the past but I don't remember any details. Other than the fact that I had none of the powered up Heroes and so my participation was very low.
No this is compressed the subs usually run 24hrs and the entire event ran about 9 days (much like ISO-8 Brotherhood) so looks like they just cut everything in half.0 -

You beat me to it.
At least S4 ends 1 hour after this event. It's not like 2 subs, the Hulk main, a PvP and season 4 all end at the same time.0 -

This...i might just pay the 2500 hp for a Fury cover and kick myself in the groin....it will be less painfull than what will most likely be required to snag a fury cover.

I wouldn't be surprised if the main was 1x only again, in which case (assuming we open it with enough time remaining) we only have the subs to worry about at the end. It was a good way to keep the subs from being worthless, but with sharding going with that assumption means I have to join now and grind... WHAT DO I DO?!?0 -

Yeah, this is crazy... double 12 hour subs for 4 days. Not to mention two pvps in that time, and a final simulator grind for most people.0 -

I'm going to show my ignorance and ask: can someone explain rubber-banding to me? Is it more efficient to grind, or wait as long as possible between recharges?0
-
Whoever had the idea to male fury a pve reward can choke. Pve is where the noobs roam. None of them need a fury.0

Will there be extreme rubberbanding or do we need to grind for 4 days straight?
Yes. Everybody should enter a bracket ASAP.
I won't join yet...ummm...to make sure that there is room for everyone else....yea...that's it;)
I don't believe sharding exists (except for PVP's, Seasons, Shield Training, etc.). If you don't believe in it, it can't affect you. (fingers crossed)0 -
So I just won a level 360 TU thunderous clap and confirmed it was that level in the hollowpoint tourney. This could be a useful PVE on many levels...0
-
So pretty much all of these first subs run through the night for UK / EU people... nice work you stupid developer ****.0

There's definitely sharding in PvE, but the PvE definition of a crazy is far more ambigious compared to PvP. In PvP, you can generally figure out who the crazies are based on how much HP they spent. In PvE, there's no equivalent of a shield that offers you a massive advantage so the game cannot as easily figure out where to quarantine all the crazy guys.0 -

No way that hp spent is a metric for sharding: i barely shield at all and am still sharded into strong brackets, as i should be since my roster has sentry daken in it.0 -

That's not what it is. Rubber-banding means the node values change depending how far away from the bracket leader you are. In a Event with Heavy Rubberbanding, if you are very far away from the Leader, your nodes will give you a ton more points than if you were in say 10th place.
Conversely with no rubberbanding everybody regardless of their points will get the same value for the nodes. So basically you can't catch up if you fall behind.
For your question. Grinding the nodes to dust is never advisable. Once every refresh is mostly enough. Since you want the most points from a single match.0 -
Hulk no es bueno.
I barely remember the first run through of this (other than I couldn't fully partake in it), but he is singlehandedly smashing through who ever I throw at him. Finally 'beat' the middle value Hulk node with Pun, AWolv, And Storm, but it was because he took himself out after running his red0
