    Yeah but the condition that you must be below 10 Blue AP before firing Circling Prey (or he "wastes" 10 of it on Tech Slicer) ruins that for me. And I think the Hot Dog Stand 7 AP for 6 charged tiles is still a better overall conversion of Black AP into Charged tiles.
