I’m playing around with (all unboosted) 4 to 5 Johnny Blaze (5* power stone)/4 to 5 Nico(3* chewie support)/ 3* vampire jubilee (5* chimichanga) to create foolish attack tile strength. Jubilee pumps all friendly attacks by 35% at the start of the turn. Nico will pump all SAPs by 917 every turn assuming you have more than the enemy. Ghost rider creates 2x attacks of 3154 each on green, a power that gets cheaper as the board floods with attacks, and on red he makes a repeater that creates 2x 1667 attacks every 2 turns. Both powers do base damage, and since he tanks most things those powers have a realistic degree of firing for free anyway.

It's been too long since someone posted here, so I figured I'd share my favorite 1 n Done team.
Are you sick and tired of the enemy team having a chance to make moves? Well then, this is the team for you:
Agatha5 (3,5,5)
Support: Any, but I recommend anything that starts with pink or blue AP. I use Quantum RealmBeast4 (ideally ascended) (5,5,3)
Support: Refreshment Cart, rank 1+Gorgon5 (3,5,5)
Support: Krakoa, rank 3+- Start the match with 4 blue AP from Krakoa and hopefully additional AP from Aggy support.
- Throw Aggy pink if available. This will create 2 repeaters, 1 pink refreshment countdown and give 1 blue AP.
- Throw Aggy blue twice (choose BLUE). This will immediately generate blue from the cart and create more countdown tiles.
- At this point there is already a very high percentage chance that your cart countdowns and or Aggy blue made matches. Most matches made contain special tiles that Beast provides additional AP for. Continue to throw Aggy pink (or rarely yellow) to generate more blue.
- The blue infinite should be solidly in effect by now. Win the match.
Notes:
- In my experience, the enemy team almost never gets their turn one. If you want a higher percentage chance they don't, take 1 or 2 blue in to the fight.
- Look for match 5s in between every cast of Aggy blue.
- If Beast is ascended, this goes much faster (for both his match boost and triggering Aggy's boost).
- If for some crazy reason you need to make a match early on: If there are no match 5's, ALWAYS choose blue, even over other match 4s, the infinite is everything.
This team can easily dispatch any team (including frog teams) with the exception of: Strange and Sinister (your ability spam will get you killed, don't do that!).
You can fight Chasm, just remember, you will eat that initial damage. If your Beast is only 4 (and survives), you can heal a lot back with Aggy, but if he's 5, there's no time. This is the ultimate offensive team: crush everyone without health packs or real need for boosts, but be prepared to get slapped back after.
Yes, you can swap Gorgon and to a lesser extent, Beast. You really just need Mutants with blue as their strongest color. Beast however amps the AP gain and massively increases the damage at 5 (Baku, Jugs and Colos don't stand a chance). I prefer Gorgon for his stun, healing and cheap / fun abilities, but consider Professor5 (very fun and match 4s get more AP) or ascended Northstar if you have him.
Other lesser qualifiers: Magneto, Polaris, Prof4, Angel (even sad useless Cable gets a W here). It does work in a pick 2, but much less likely on turn 1. Make sure you take the Cart over Krakoa if you have to choose. The blue on every ability throw is more important than starting with it for the infinite.
- Once over 10 blue AP start having fun with other colors and abilities (you can't lose the infinite at this point).

I use variations of this in pick 2 all the time. Basically anybody whose blue is their strongest color with refreshment cart. Agatha usually gets Leapfrog.
Ideally you want someone whose blue is stronger than Agatha's so you can speed it up with her boosting ability and match damage. Partners who fit the bill are Riri, Cable, Doctor Strange, Vulture, Silver Surfer, Prof X, and Evo.
I think Riri, Silver Surfer, and Prof X are the best pairings for this combo.
In pick 3, I've already moved away from it since it is painfully slow.2 -
Here’s one for your DDP clears so you don’t have to keep a roster of 3s and 4s.
2Are3, Max Thanos 3, 1 3May and 1 3May4.
Use 3may4 when you can. Switch to 3May for the other node.
Use green support generators. Cull Obsodian on Thanos. Atlantis on Ares. Yaro Root on May.
Start the match use onslaught with Ares, win.4 -

Not at all. They get Ascended. They problem with DDP is you can't use the Ascended ones in some of the nodes so you have to keep a roster of some non-ascended 3/4 if you want to do those nodes.

It honestly creates kind of a neat challenge.
I retired from competitive DDQ around the time ascension launched -- I ascended absolutely everyone and I just couldn't compete with the top speedrunners anymore (I do have an entire folder full of screenshots of me at #1 on the DDQ leaderboard).
Now I just do DDQ with whatever nonsense is lying around. These fights are really really easy. You can do them with whatever. So I enjoy cobbling together some whatever team and trying it out.

There is competitive DDQ?

Well I'll be...
For the funsies:
1. SamWilly5
2. Deathlok
3. LadypusNot support dependent, but for sure LuckyDog, Low level Ai etc. shine. Clearly it's not the best team ever, but focus green for Lady and red for Flaptain / Lok combo and the random damage multipliers get out of hand fast.
I haven't even given Lady ISO yet (on account of her being so bad) but this team still flies thanks to the synergy, and of course the best affiliation in the game.

Also, just in case anyone wasn't paying attention, Winders strongest color is blue (if instant infinites of doom are your thing):
Agatha5 (3,5,5)
Support: Any, but I recommend anything that starts with pink or blue AP. I use Quantum RealmBeast4 (ideally ascended) (5,5,3)
Support: Krakoa, rank 3+Gorgon5 (3,5,5) SideWinder

Nice team that quickly goes winfinite:
5* Namor, Onslaught, SersiUse Sersi's purple to suppress yellow, which increases the chance of 4 or 5 tile matches for Onslaught. Onslaught's blue works best if it can change tiles to blue, green or red, but just adding to the 5 tile matches still helps for other colours. Mix up this with Namor's green and red and you'll soon be at the point where you can finish off the opponents with Namor's black.
4 -
I like this one too, personally I found that 5Magneto was a more reliable sub for sersi, as he’s able to nuke 2 entire colours from the board (I usually target yellow & black), which usually results in a number of cascades and onslaught triggers.
5Mags has rosary beads (rank 3 or above) for chance at extra 2 blue AP with every blue match
Onslaught has Mirror image (rank 5) for passive AP steal with every match 4 or greater.
5*Namor has Stepford Cuckoos (rank 1 or above) for a guaruntee of stealing enemy AP (3AP at rank 5) every time he fires his cheap abilities!
Depending on whether you can get enough blue AP in the first few turns it can take a little while to ramp up, but then it’s near enough winfinite cascades!
Plus if you didn’t give the enemy a few turns then you wouldn’t have any AP to steal XDP.S. it’s a full rainbow team if anyone cared about Onslaughts purple, or if it wasn’t almost entirely redundant putting strikes and protects on the board with Mags yellow.
Mostly just fire all of Namors abilities as often as possible and Mags Blue. Sit back and enjoy the colourful blizzard that resultsP.P.S. When they give Namor a red and purple skin tight spandex costume (he’s half way there!) you’ll have a matching trio, and can pretend you’re playing a Power Rangers game.

Ascended Captain Britain is everything I hoped for and maybe even more. All of her powers are great and useful and she has become the cleanup hitter AND the battery in many protect-user teams. I’ve got a bunch of teams so I’ve narrowed it down to duos..
AsCaptain Britain 5/3/5 (lvl 5 chimichanga support)
Mayday Parker 5/4/4Vs tile movers, this is a great duo. Mayday is a great protect creator and awesome in front and she can just negate powers and cascade damage and pump out a bunch of strong protects to fuel Betsy’s purple. AsBetsy’s purple while in front is probably the hardest hitting purple AOE in the game with 4+ strong protects on the field. It wipes out full health teams easily. Mayday’s black power is a great finisher as well. Mayday’s blue is a really underrated stall and cascade power.
I use a bunch of 3rds for this duo. AsBeast (age of apocalypse), BRB, Kitty, AsRogue, Polaris, AsLockjaw all work well.
AsCaptain Britain 5/3/5 (lvl 5 chimichanga support)
AsLuke Cage 5/5/3 (lvl 5 avengers tower support)Vs goons this pretty much neuters all of them no matter the level. Luke makes strong protects and with that support, more than half of the protects will be fortified, giving you a big hitting yellow that you won’t have to wait for a CD to expire like Betsy’s.
Good 3rds for this duo are all those listed above to include AsIron Fist (Danny Rand), AsShuri, Omega Red, AsMagik (classic)

All very fun, might I also recommend Nico and Multiman, as his protects are safe unless converted yet they still count towards most buffs I've seen. Mixing him with Betsy, Magik4, Beast etc. is a great time. MM's abilities also trigger Magik4 and convert / fortify his tiles.
She can usually infinite with Darkveil hotdog cart too.

Not for regular play but pairing 4* Gamora with DD King of the Fist... Is uniquely satisfying.
It's not meta... It's not even viable outside of trying to get stuns for event points, which is what I was doing at the time. I was testing teams that might drag on long enough to get several stuns before ending the match.
So I grabbed spidergw4n (purple stun) g4mora (blue stun) and DD Fist (yellow stun)... Each stunning a second character at the right level.
Anyway...
At some point a yellow ribbon flashed the screen saying "a better way" because DD is trying to be a good boy...
At the start of my next turn, Gamora flashed across the screen and downed an opponent instantly "the deadliest woman..."
I laughed hysterically for way too long.
It was so satisfying.
I had forgotten she even does that.I don't know if this helps anyone, but it made my day.

You know what? This is the PERFECT format for posting this one...
Multiple Man doesn't get enough love. And sure, he's known for ONE trick, but that one trick is SO nice! But what if you gasp used that trick with more than just COULSON?
That new 4* DD. He can CREATE yellow strike tiles when an ally casts a power. Who has 0-cost powers again?? hmmm...
Yes, I've used this in pick-2-PvP, and its fun. Boost your all AP, and multiple other colors, and use your best start-with-AP supports... nothing new there. BUT DO NOT USE MM's YELLOW on YELLOW!! Instead... use DD's yellow to stun 2 enemies.
Because... guess what... as you cast more MM yellows, you're creating more yellow tiles. And those yellow tiles will generally cascade at some point, freely. Which is more yellow AP... which is more stuns. You're eventually stun-locking the enemy team. The cascades and match 4s that happen start hitting OTHER AP colors, and you MIGHT need to match other colors yourself when your AP dries up, but you should have the enemy team stunned (or at least the most troublesome people stunned).
More often than not, I'll run this for fun against a non-Chasm team, and you start with enough AP to stun two people off the bat, OR, if you dont, you cast a few MM yellows, and THEN you can stun two people real quick. You quickly start holding down the enemy, and eventually you'll notice enough dupes that if you are cognitive of it, you can see when casting MM yellow on yellow will WIN, instead of just doing another DD stun.
Go on... its fun. Sure, you'll get hit back. Of course you will! But its SO fun to stun some 550s and watch them do nothing sometimes. And before someone asks "why not just use Chasm if you like to start with stuns"... its because he only stuns ONCE at the beginning. DD allows you to stun over and over, 2 people at a time, for 3 turns each, and because of MM, you're creating all the yellow you need to keep that engine running. big stun fun!

Love MM (about to ascend) and DD spam. Similar spammy stun approach while also keeping your team full health:
- LunaSnow4
- DareDevil4
- Beast4 - Hotdog cart
Lowlevel AI on one of the other recommended, and any other support that creates specials or starts with AP. Match special tiles (or Lunas colors immediately) throw Lunas stuff (ideally blue). The stun infinite usually starts in couple of turns.
- Daredevil heals thanks to beast, along with Lunas yellow, you'll be more than full.
- If you want to continue to stun more, don't bring Lowlevel AI or match black to stop Beast from popping off.
- Betsy also does very well with DD, despite the overlap.

Protip - Don't try this in the 4-star DD required node if there's a LVL 500 Dr. Strange on the opposing team.
Thought it would be a good team to try...just not with that node.
