    Sometimes on whole team damage, he would jump to the front. I've seen it when the AI has him, at least.

    (Oh wait; who am I kidding. This is D3P. It took these people 3 weeks of intermittent server outage to finally fork over what can only be called a pittance worth of compensation...)

    That usually works for the first 30 minutes or so, and after that the game just hangs/freezers pretty much every time the dialog appears, have to shut the game down, get back in game to find characters are all damaged, dialog pops up, hangs/freezes, rinse and repeat icon_e_smile.gif
  • How can you revamp PVE scaling in the middle of a freaking event? In the middle of a grindy, ignorant, 9 day event? Between these changes and the horrible MMR scaling your going to have NO 3-4* players left in this stupid game.

    Update finally works for Steam users.
    Updated to R55 and all my levels jumped ridiculously as well.

    I've been playing TaT with extreme moderation and have used healing skills at most 5 times throughout the entire event. So pray tell; why am I, with my best characters being level 85 2*s, being forced to fight lvl 100+ mobs and lvl 180+ boss nodes? Answer: because the scaling in this event is hugekitty again.

    It honestly looks like the devs turned community scaling up to 11, ripped the knob off to keep it from blocking there and then continued to tweak the dial up to 13.

    I've been doing it for a few hours. Game freezes when the dialog pops up (and sometimes you don't see the dialog because it hasn't popped in front for some reason) and works after clicking "no".

    As for it not effecting everyone, maybe it is? Maybe people are just like you and assuming that the scaling is right, when in fact they should actually be seeing enemies at a much lower level.
    I think patch scaled enemies in PvE for people who reached a certain amount of points. While this is all speculation on my side, if that's the case, that's how scaling actually works, am I wrong? That's why I think it is not related to patch. It was going to happen one way or another.
    Again, people are playing the same account on a patched and unpatched device, with different levels.
    Ok, update for Steam people. Game keeps asking you to update while playing minimizing the game every time annoying the **** out of you. When you close the game, it applies the patch automatically. I have ~55000 points in PvE. My CMags - Hood node levels were ~140 each before the patch. After applying the patch they went up to ~170. My conclusion is that if you got more than 55000 points you'll likely to see a bigger jump in levels which is fair. Of course this also depends on your PvE MMR at the start of the PvE. This gives others a chance to catch up. Like it was said before, the more you play, the more points you get the game will punish you more with more scaling. The only difference is that they did the scaling with a patch this time rather than it happening automatically.
  • Been having intermittent issues starting the game on my GS3 since the patch was applied. I press the icon then it locks the phone as if its busy but nothing loads, cannot press any buttons or move screens. Go into the task manager game is not active but I clear the ram and it frees it up again. Start it a second time and it works.

    Cute thing with Ares' CD tile: if you use an AOE attack after he's already dead it will hit Ares and destroy the CD tile. e.g. Punisher Molotov.

    That's already how that worked in R54 and earlier. If you re-hit Ares in some way like Wind Storm or Molotov, the tile would go away. I can't believe I got my hopes up there. Should have known it was too good to be true.

    Completely agreed... I know you got hit with it on steam, I got it on mobile. Ugh. Thanks for doubling my levels D3.

    Oh..and confirming others on here...sunder bug happened to me twice today so far...so definitely not fixed.
  • The sudden super scaling after the update isn't just bad, it's disgusting. My roster isn't completely terrible, but I'm slamming my poor heroes up against constant brick walls now.
