Though said character would, presumably, be very good, very fast, popular, and possess unmatched survivability, there is no consensus for what the term "meta" truly means within the discussion group and, therefore, must be accompanied by a disclaimer informing others of intent/personal definition in order to avoid miscommunication or insult to anyone whom defines the term differently.     I assumed you were all talking about the state of the metagame -- the conventionally-agreed-upon-and-used set of best characters and strategies. The idea of something being "meta" for one player doesn't make any sense. It's either used by most players or it's not.

    I go away for 12 hours and this is what I come back to. I think others answered well enough. Moving along.......
