    I think the criteria was 10 posts in the month prior to the reward, so there was a list. I quickly tried to look for the announcement to link it to no avail but will find it later.

    It was 10 emails in the 5+ months prior.

    Ehm.. just something that irks me. My 'support experience' of the ones i don't have is that the descriptions of what they actually do are almost completely unreadable, as the dark grey text on black background does nobody any favors. Would be nice if this could be fixed so I can tell which supports could be useful in the future.
