    There are strong differences.
Shulk's kit allows to play with invisible partners (loki 4), as she won't damage them, or will create a cascade because of turning green tiles and destroying the invisibility tile.
Also she is a character for to actively mach tiles, and not one for to deny his colors when playing Ihulk.
And if playing both together Shulk will partially tank Ihulk.
Finally the free green power on a champed and revived Shulk should be something else. Add to that the fact that you stocked enough green and in a single turn probably one or two foes could be downed.
Her speed could be average but if her team is a scarecrow that ultimately balances all.

I'm curious if the mega hoarders who cracked are even using KK in PVE. Might be some regrets there.

Scarecrow usually means a character that is annoying to fight in pvp. They are good choices to leave exposed as your defensive team when unshielded in pvp (i.e, the last team you win a pvp with).  Hence the name as they scare aware potential attackers.

Has She-Hulk always been limited to 3 revives per match, or was that soft-added between release and now? Her in game text now has ",but She-Hulk can only be revived 3 times" which is different than the "this effect stacks, up to three times" text in the thread here.

It was modified from unlimited revives between announcing and release apparently. According to Reddit anyway
