Never seen his name before, and looking at his roster I'm kind of surprised.

EDIT: nvm he's part of S.H.I.E.L.D makes sense now. but maybe he just hasn't been in my brackets before

Forumites that I can see in my bracket: Arogntbastrd (already exchanged hellos), scottee, kensterr, maybe some others lurking.

I will try to place top 10, but we'll see - I got one cover left to cover-max lazyThor and I figure I have like at least 2 months before he's nerfed, so all my ISO will go to him and lazyDaken won't get much attention anyways. I don't want to level lazyThor from basically 0 but I got no 3*s covering yellow offensively (shut up Black Kitten).

I am beginning to doubt I'll have a shot at getting a top 10 just because of the **** match making system. It's constantly giving only giving me matches worth points in the high teens or low 20. Only time I get matches against higher point totals is retaliations.

Another time I wish I had some high leveled 3-Stars on my roster already. Would really like to get a purple cover for my daken and not just a blue one. Hopefully tomorrow goes better.

I always have to face 20-25 point matches unless I make my push in the last few hours.



Really hoping to get a defensive win to push me over 900 for the HP. just need 4 points, got one earlier but it was for only 1 point...

Man this is the worst I've seen the MMR since like, 4-5 games before the pre-kyipgate. Not even at 900, and I'm wasting hundreds of iso to find a match worth more than 25, and when I do, I'm hit by someone 200+ point below me, making it a wash anyway.

Feels bad wasting a shield this low, but the matches just aren't there tonight

The bracket doesn't look too deadly for now, cutoff for top 10 is 720. Haven't seen that so low in a month.

Well, possibly I'll wake up to 10 people above 1200 in 18 hours

So anyone with high points might want to shield up.

Guess either CS decided that he's not cheating or they haven't even looked into the reports.

Watercat is #1 in my bracket. He must be shield hoping.... saw him shielded an hour ago at 866 now he's still shielded at 1050+.

What was your issue with Watercat?

Didn't have an issue personally, but numerous people reported getting hit by him in a very short amount of time in the last PVP - with a team that included an 85 Bagman.

So, somehow or other, sitting at #1 in my bracket with 833. No way that's going to sit. The annoying thing was at midnight, I tried to put up an eight hour shield. After that, I tooled around for a little bit, checking on the alliance and rankings, and when I checked this tourney again, it said I had 3 hours and 30 minutes left in my shield. I was upset to say the least, fought one match and coughed up another eight hour shield as I wasn't going to wake up in the middle of the night just to re-shield. It happened to me during the Loki tournament as well, has anyone else had this happen? I'm on steam so maybe it has something to do with that. (Yes, I have a support ticket in, but that was from the Loki event and still no resolution to it so I don't think I'm bothering with that this time).

I was pushing for 1000 but got hit few times and dropped to 900. Got too greedy while shield hopping.

Franky n spoilt. . I also got a priceless experience running unboosted 110 psy 135 hood 141 thor crawling my way to 900.. getting hit a lot. guess what I saw.... quite a number of 2x85 with loaner pys reaching 900 like a piece of cake waoooo!!!!

Nah, it's not a piece of cake it's a bitter tooth and nail fight from 700 onwards, losing two fights for every one you gain. Whatever 2x85 you see fought bitterly for that place

I'm lurking in your bracket...I only need a top 50 finish though. I'll probably try for top 10 just because...no interest in first here.

So finally join this am and its so great to be sharded into a bracket where there are people shielded at 800s and 1 hr later leader is shielded at 1020. So I get a day late start and see a few forumites lurking below too. Well that sucks.

Wish we could get an honest statement on this, but it's not going to happen.

I'm wondering when the expected bloodbath will start. It was relatively tame until 6 hours ago, and scores are waaayyyy lower across the board than what we had.

Is this the result of people taking it easier? Or did half of the high-scorers really rely on Spidey and can't put points on the board without their crutch? A combination of both?
Or will there be a points explosion later tonight?

many in our alliance are taking it easy since many maxxed daken already. So a few high scorers who did early runs are no longer there so new guys have to step up to trickle points down. I will also be curious if people who made late runs with spidey try tonight and get a rude awakening.
