    Hulk is finally working as intented. During this tourney my lvl 186 Psy + maxed Patch and Hulk was only hit about 6 times. And I was unshielded for the first >2 days.

    Now I was shield hopping, but not one attack came for the last 4hrs.

    Sure, they made Spidey useless. But this way they fixed defence.

    Time to bed.

    Ugh, the climb from 800 to 900 is the worst, playing one extra game cost me 100 points.

    are people noticing top 10 have like 100 less points then they did at the end of season one?

    is this due to burnout? or spidey nerf causing a deflation of points?

    I think people in general are looking back on the insanity of Season 1 and going "You know what? all that pushing and spending of hero points to get 1200+ wasn't worth it. I'm going to cool it and try not to just burn hero points for another 30 days." At least that's what I'm doing. I'll push a little farther if my alliance really needs it, but that's it. No more million shield hops. If it gets that bad again I'll just quit.

    Nope not seeing a difference at all. 10th has 888 at the moment with 5 hours left so i can see it been 1000 soon enough.

    I'm still pushing for the Psylocke red cover reward but that isn't going to happen. I've been hit so many times after unshielding, even if it was just for 5 minutes, by people who are in the 500-700 range. That made my points lost more than my points gained everytime I try to shield hop.

    So for me it's not for the lack of trying to go 1000 or 1100... it's the attacks are crazy!

    Mine's a little lower at 760 but the top five all have over 900.

    I'm sitting 11th on 730 at the moment waiting for some more health packs before I try to push any harder.

    First in mine right now is at 1144...which is Mikeydollar7 of xmen. I'm in third at 1030 right now.

    That was after having to climb back up from 768 or so after I missed my shield going down early this morning by about 45 minutes. I had fallen from over 1k to there earlier and needed to climb back up again.

    I know the game doesn't cheat, but when it cascades 3 straight drops of 3 pinks in a horizontal row to Widow, I really start to doubt it.

    Feel like thats more of a function of your high level Psy than Hulk: replace him with LazyThor and I think you'd see the same results icon_e_wink.gif

    I suspect Heavy Metal also having Daken prizes is lowering people's sense of urgency. He's looking to be like Patch and Lazy Cap, rather than Human Torch.

    I can get to 900 pretty easily without any shields, so I don't expect 900 to be an awesome score that can hold top 10. We also have some rather valuable prize handed out this event, so I'd say the activity is definitely a lot less than toward the end of season 1 where a 1100 might not get you top 10 in a tournament that features Loki and rewards Ragnarok covers.
