So 9276 points assuming he has finished that is 2319 a refresh that means doing the 274 and 228 nodes 3 times the three 182 nodes twice and the 137 one once meaning a total of 13 of the possible 30 missions. Does not look that impossible.

As a point of reference I am on 5980 and currently 38th with one refresh to go.

I'm sick of this event. I've "fallen" into the mid to high 100s in ranks overall over the weekend due to not checking in and playing through everything every 8-12 hours, which basically means it's pointless for me to keep going to try to get a Sentry. The sub events are ridiculously undervalued for points, but people still somehow manage to get huge amounts of points while I'm stuck with nodes that barely crack into the 2 or 3 hundreds if I wait long enough. The first rounds of this event were the best before they gave us these sub events, since it actually looked like it would be possible to reach the higher rewards. They made sure that didn't happen. And it doesn't help motivation when more and more boards I get are just completely useless and only ever let me get maybe one or two colors I can actually use.

I'll still poke around in the event a bit, but I already know it's not worth it to try hard in this one.

Had both Bee and Phantron in my Hell's kitchen. Looks like Phantron got bumped down to 3rd in the last 10 minutes. I think I hung on to top 10.

Checked in before the vent ends and noticed my bracket didn't even reach the score goal, meaning no extra nodes.

Yeah can't really take the PvE seriously. Can't even get max points if your bracket just decides to not play as much haha. Fine by me actually since continuously grinding this is a bit grating

The part that really sucks about this is that there seems to be story attached to these extra nodes that we will never see.

The Mayhem meter is global. Has nothing to do with your bracket.

This is ridiculous... the highest levels I was facing at the end of the last subs were around 190 (and only on one node). Now on this final sub, I'm seeing a wall of 280s?? What gives. Even a wall of 190s would be at least sort of doable, but 280s? ...hope it's just a glitch, going to check back after lunch.

This true, but the ending to the episode is likely tied to those hidden nodes. I am reasonably sure Demiurge will not allow the meter to go unfilled before the end of the event.

Also of note, this sub runs all the way to the end of the event, in 2.5 days. This would imply that there is no global rubberbanding round, meaning that players that didn't grind the nodes all event long are effectively tinykitty out of luck?

Well, managed to get to 19 from 28, winning Hell's Kitchen by accident, but my scaling is getting out of hand.
That last Torch node went from 152 yesterday to 192 at the end

Since there seems to be only this last sub, and point look higher, there should be some rubberbanding, so... let's see how many refreshes are needed.

I just did the first node and I watch the point now to see if/when rubberbanding kicks in for this sub but Ouch some of these nodes do not look fun.

Looks like the final bracket is open. Interesting layout.

After a first easy-node (level capped at 35 or so I guess), two daken-required nodes and 3 'lanes' of nodes open up. But each of the lanes has a gatekeeper node, which has taken the full brunt of scaling. Get past it, and there are easier nodes which are worth about half as many points. Those who have really scaled themselves out of clearing everything will need to boost up and get lucky to even get to their 'easy-nodes' this time.

I think this is an interesting way to structure the subevent. And with nodes being worth more points, rubberband will no doubt kick in again this round.

Oh, they're just gatekeeper nodes? Phew. I suicided my roster against one of them, but I wasn't using booster and only a mediocre team. Mine are 124/130/133. I think I can just about take them, if I'm careful.

Also, is it just me or have others been having **** luck with these event tokens? I have had a bunch by now and nothing useful in any of them. Just a bunch of Bullseyes and similar ****.

Leaders have just passed 3000 and no rubberband scaling yet.
