How many players completing 4 clears of each node in a sub is it going to take to reach max progression in that sub? Need to know that if we're going to be able to plan properly.1
-
It would be amazing if we could be told how to play this event optimally for alliance organizational reasons.
If we just assign 3 alliance mates to each of the 6 different nodes for the entirety of the event will that be enough to get ALL alliance rewards AND individual rewards for each player?
Or do we need to rotate players from easy to hard to deadly to ensure they receive individual max progressions?
How many people need to play each easy node to get max progression for that days sub?How many people need to play each hard node to get max progression for that days sub?How many people need to play each deadly node to get max progression for that days sub?

well if that is the case then that's pretty awesome , but that's not how it reads to me. I think those rewards are for the whole event, but I'm not sure... @Brigby care to weigh in?Sm0keyJ0e said:
Potential 2 LT's a day for entire alliance? Hardly seems bad...
Its got to be for the whole event. They've never been that generous in 5 years, why would it start now?0 -
Assuming they do not give us the numbers to make a proactive decision, it's still manageable. Send 6 members into one location each. They gather up the numerical data, and then you divvy it up from there.
I would wager that each of the 2 sub-chapters at each level have the same points, so you can probably pull it off with just 3 people.
Still, it sure would be easier if they'd just tell us. It's not like we aren't going to remember/know the next time they run this event.0 -
If your alliance completes both Deadly nodes for the day, the whole alliance gets 2 LTs per day. What we don't know yet is how many people it will take to do that - fixed amount of points per player per node though so it is calculable once we have numbers...which probably won't be until we get in there and look.

My guess is the 12,420 showing in the 1 screen is a full 4x clears on the deadly sub, so would need 12 total to get over the 142,000 alliance target. So 24 total entries to clear both deadly subs. Not sure if different for the hard and normal. That would fit well with the max personal progression being 40,000 points, just over what you would get from three days in the Deadly sub. It is a four day event, and points are probably a bit lower in the other subs. So twelve clears in the Deadly subs, maybe eight in the Hard subs and five or so in the Normal sub (maybe six if it yields 10K points). No point regeneration is a good thing, then you can send in one guy as a scout and see how much one clear is worth before sending the others in.3 -
Are the mission points the same each day?

Because she's max progression and if you're missing out on 4x one of the nodes each day, you're probably not getting her if you need an average of 10k/12420 each day. Especially if the point ceiling is even lower in the other subs. Normally, you do have a chance to earn an essential if you're missing them, so that'd be a little weird.0 -
Haha, I have no idea what I am even reading.
But I'm excited for the new hotness regardless. I guess we'll figure it out.

Is it possible to get full personal progression if you only clear the easy node? i wonder if we should all be swapping around who is hitting what so everybody has a chance to get full personal and full alliance1

Normally in an alliance event, it is not hard to make double personal progression. And top reward is Nebula which is normally a 2 clears per day reward, not 5. Hmm, I might guess we make 20K per day, maybe 25k.But definitely worth sending a scout in.0 -
Hi Everyone. Great questions! The team took some time to review and answer them. Check them out below:
=====
What is the boost list?
What time does it reset each day?
Starts at 12:00pm EST and resets every 24 hours after that.
Are the Sub-Chapter rewards meant to scale over the entire event, or is it possible to max each sub each day, in theory?
Each day you get a new series of Sub-Chapters. Each Sub-Chapter has its own set of progression rewards. (That means that you can get all the rewards for a Sub-Chapter each day before it resets again.)
You say that nodes can be cleared 4 times for points. Does that mean for 4 different people, or once you go into a Sub-Chapter, you can clear all nodes multiple times?
You can clear it multiple times yourself.
About the Alliance Rewards table, can you earn all of that every 24 hours or is that progression overall for all 4 days?
You can earn all of that each day before it resets again.
Is Individual Progression per day?
Individual Progression spans all 4 days.
So you can potentially get 4 Legendary Tokens for your entire Alliance by the end of this event?
Actually, you can get 8! If your Alliance can clear both Deadly Sub-Chapters, then you'll get 2 Legendary Tokens a day.
=====
Hope that helps!

Edit - Just saw the new post. Colour me impressed!0 -
What are the point totals for 1 clear in each sub? Easy, hard and deadly?2
-
It would be nice to know how many alliance members would be required to clear each sub chapter. As we try and split it up figuring out should 6 people be able to get max progression in deadly or will it be 10? If we are suppose to strategize we should have enough info to strategize about.1
-
I’m guessing if you have champed 5* the deadly nodes are going to have higher levels than 370? As that would be easy0
-
@Brigby So let me see if I understand this correctly: If we can get 8 LTs for the whole event (two per day over four days), then we should be able to get 40 CP per day from the Deadly Sub-Chapters and 20 CP per day from full progression from the Hard Sub-Chapters.
Which means 60 CP per day, 240 CP total over four days?
Or am I waaaaaaaay off base?0 -

this looks very cool. combines
1. no point regeneration - no more living on a timer! something i've been wanting for for a long while
2. alliance planning, so requires a bit of forethought and coordination
3. generous rewards - 8 LT + ?CP in 4 days is pretty sweet, assuming an alliance can finish both deadly subs and has some left over for the rest
4. progression only - another thing i have been looking for, true PVE
all in all, this looks like a great mode of play to throw in with normal PVE and boss events.
very interested to see how it shakes out.
