With all the recent "improvements" and now the servers down again. you would think they don't want us to play their game. *sigh*

back to watching 24 so.

Working now with crazy lag. Also completed 5 PVP matches and didn't get a single point for winning.

I just had that with two of the seed teams in CMags LR.

Have they had a massive influx of players suddenly? I never had issues and then they do all this "re-alignment/shard" stuff to apparently deal with server load and the game is less fun and now keeps going down.

This all seems very weird. Like someone from within is trying to take the company down *conspiracy frown*

I just updated app. Hoping I'd get these pve awards...and it wiped all my progress! i nearly cried... Just spent last ten minutes scouring forum and posting desperate messages.

Obviously, having technical issues because magically everything is back. I seriously would have cried... That's only a month of my meaningless life I've wasted there. Seriously...**** is going on? Game is a shambles at the moment.

I can understand some technical dificulties and they are perfectly understandable.

What I can't understand is why is it soooooo hard for the Devs to provide us with some info what's going on or when they plan to fix it.

Damn it, I just ran a match and didnt get rewards or anything counted for it. This is getting ridiculous! Lack of communication regarding significant scaling, rubberbanding changes, and bracket placements, changes to events that screw up the rewards for many of the people expecting new covers, making winning the new covers based off purely the last reset's worth of nodes, and now thier servers have been down and no word from their Ops team as to whether they are even aware or looking at it!

The core, hard-core, dedicated player base is how you make a long lasting game. How do you keep hat core player base? Visibility. Visibility regarding everything. Take a look at WoW and how they do thier patches, they make all numbers they tweak very visible in every single patch or change they do. They dont hide how ranking systems work, what any of thier numbers are in thier systems. They let the players know so the players can use it to their advantage. Not everyone reads Elitist Jerks, but those who do are the central core group that the rest of the community is built upon.


If you want a long lasting game, you hav to increase your visibility. This means we need more than just Ice. We need devs, community managers, ops team - SOMEONE who is able to keep things visible and to get on top of things quickly before your playerbase gets upset.
