    haha this guy is a joke! Yes, you have indeed managed to pass me. While I am shielded at work and not playing. You are truly the best of the best. At some point though i will probably stop working and play again, and pass your goofy **** once more. Either way I'm not competing against you directly and my main concern is to finish first, at whatever the score. So Bug off mate.

    I got to 824 and made it into a pocket where the only guy worth good points is doesitgoboom, who i recognize as a forumite so I skip out of courtesy. I guess I'll shield for a little while and hope for better options later.

    Jozier & Klingsor- This is your first warning. If I see another flame war between you and klingsor derailing a thread and breaching the forum rules then you will both get a one day ban. Further breaking of the forum rules regarding insulting other users will result in longer bans.

    O-o.....OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just got my Doctor Coin and I would like to thank Doomy Doom for letting me obtain my final Astonishing Wolvie Cover. Now I have to work my female butt off to get him and Thor to being my first 2* to hit 85. Iso spamming and well.... massive butt kicking here I come...

    Shield was about to expire, no hits for the duration.... As soon as it expired got hit for 20,then won a match for 19, notification came in i got hit 4 times for - 87, played one more match for 27, got hit for - 97.... Why doesn't this game like me...

    Trying to get to 1000 is getting more ridiculous. Enemy OBW keeps getting lucky cascades that will get her purple AP for recon, and greens for aWolv or Punpun. This is the first time ever that I have used up all my health packs for PVP. If this is the way going forward with the game where up to certain point in the game enemy AI will keep getting cascades to force me to shield and reshield, I'm gonna settle for playing less and hope that my alliance can still get Top 50 for the reward. Oh, and getting hit by people with less than 100 points for a net loss of 50 points isn't great either.

    You don't get hit while the shield is up - you don't come up in anyone's queues, so the only time that anyone hits you at all is if they have a retaliation against you. However, the moment that the shield drops you are fair game. Generally I find it take a max of around 7-10 minutes before I get hit, depending on how attractive my score is at the time.

    Pretty sure part of the new scheme for PvP let's you, upon skipping into the "lose iso" portion, receive an opponent much higher than usual. It seriously happens every time, so I am running towards "purposeful" rather than "random." As such, you get hit by ppl way lower more often as everyone is hitting those higher lvls. Doesny mean you cannot get a guy 300 higher on the first skip, its just that on the 5th or whatever its almost always much higher it seems.

    Or you know, I am crazy. Either way.

    As for enemies, my issue seems to ONLY be with either punisher or thors and its ALWAYS because of green. I'll look over to talk to someone IRL mid match and ill look back over and all of a sudden thor went from 7-8 hp to 20+. I swear, bastardo machine knows when I look away and is just adding ap Willy nilly lol.

    Yeah I've been getting that too along with my new favorite - Thor placing every single green tile in one blob so I get slammed by Call the Storm no matter how hard I try to prevent it icon_evil.gif

    It's not just retaliation. If they qued you and saved you for a little later...its the same as a retal basically. Sometimes its just unlucky. I've had times where I literally went to click unshield and I get a -0 and say to myself "well, I was about 10 sec away from a wasted shield hop.". Mhee...it happens. Though I do agree with you. Clearly MPQ is sentient and doesn't like you. It loves nemek though. I think it has a candy CRUSH on him..*coughs out blood* sorry Mr. Puzzlequest, I won't say that again.

    agreed. I had an 8 hour shield on last evening. Got retals within the first hour or so, then numerous hits through the 8 hours, even from people I know I didn't hit at all, so they weren't even retals. So yes, at least for some of us, we seem to remain in certain other players nodes regardless if shielded or not.

    Thank god my fantasy football league isn't subject to mod fun policing. All twelve of us would be banned within 15 minutes.

    The fantasy football leagues I have participated in have used private chats thus trash talk was not public and did not reflect poorly on the site hosting the leagues. Also, I have allowed them to go at each other for quite a bit of time but nothing constructive has come of it. If their arguments furthered discussion into gameplay to character balance issues then I would have allowed it. I love trash talk - if you heard me online playing fps - you would understand my affection towards trash talk. However, I will not tolerate the sort of public flame war that is going on between these two users. Please fan the flames of banter that does not get flagged for moderation.
