I've added character threads for She-Hulk and Storm (Mohawk). Any good predictions or commentary for either character should go in those threads.

She-Hulk needs a Byrne cover. He put her into the Fantastic Four and made her cool; prior to that She-Hulk was a D-grade afterthought of a character. Byrne loved her the most and made sure all of us children of the late-80s/early-90s learned to love green-skinned women as well.

I am glad I attended the talk. I am firmly in the She-Hulk, Storm, and Sentry camp. The Sentry was the only one that was debatable in my opinion, but considering Dark Reign is the current story line, it just makes since from the flight, cape, medium length hair and manly legs.

Other interesting things mentioned:

There are no plans to add to the prologue, but at some point they most likely will move on to a differant story line. The app won't change, as they don't want to deal with the nightmare of transferring and linking accounts to a new game like "Marvel Puzzle Quest: A vs X". Please note that is my example not thiers, although I really wouldn't mind seeing it happen as MPQ is a vs. game and could allow for two sides to the prologue.

When I asked about the posibilty about end boss battles to events like Galactus (or some other non-player obtainable single target). They stated they have experimented with them and used the example of they tried a Sentinel with the fight being 2 hands and a head as the opponents.

They crushed my 9 year olds dreams by telling her there are no plans to add White Queen anytime soon to the game, despite the fact they would love to.

They didn't give any particulars out about MMR, but (to me atleast) implied that the start of an event is based on your historical data, but as you progress in an event, it is more based on the current event standings accross all the players not just your bracket (not sure if it is looking at the event or the season).

The people they had representing the game, where great and enthusiastic, which makes me feel that it is in great hands.

Someone asked if they could add a in-game purchase to increase the max health-pack limit, to which they said they would look into it. It seemed like a lot of people were interested in it.

I think the character is a woman. I really don't think the would show off the legs so much if it was a guy. and the legs are more Chun Li muscular rather than superman muscular.

My vote is for polaris but she is kind of a niche character so not completely sure. If it was scarlet witch I think her headpiece would be more prominent.

Not sure 4th will be Sentry. I think it could be the Collector. He also has a cape and was drawn with long tousled hair.

I think I will go with the obvious interpretation of the 3 after Nick Fury, though I hope gold* Daken is next as I have been saving for him!

She-Hulk (assume 3*): surely popular with most people, and if she can combine Hulk hit points with has pretty much any other powers then she'll be shaping up great.

Mohawk Storm (assume gold*): there's no bad answer for which version she's based on, but I'm think it will be Modern a] 3* Hailstorm will be the mirror of Falcon's purple skill + great with Falcon b] anyone can do just do damage but her environment tile shatter remains entirely unique to her.

Sentry (assume 4*): very welcome for adding more variety to PvE opposition, though suspect he'll get a bad reputation when people fight him in PvE and it's quickly apparent that at any given level a 4* character is going to be pretty woeful compared to a 2* character buffed way beyond what they were designed for.

Would tie in well with the Guardians of the Galaxy movie later in the summer. We got a movie tie-in Steve Rogers.

D'oh - my mistake; I though IceIX's spoiler from a while back was that there was "a Void" in the 4* characters all being heroes, but I just looked it up and the quote is actually:

"You're right, there is a definite Void in the goons Osborn has hired..."

In that case I'd definitely put the Sentry at 3*, and Osborn for distant 4* some day.

3* Sentry is much more exciting, with all the powers & colors he might have on top of health which must be 'godly' (Thor level) at least if not on par with Hulk - mmm; tank health with yellow/blue/black powers...

Aw, man... Sentry? The guy is like a footnote in the Marvel U. Didn't he originate as a gag? Like some mythical guy Stan and Jack created but never saw the light of day, but that ended up being a hoax?

IMO He was a cool character concept that was handled extremely, extremely terribly, from his introduction as a "fake" Stan Lee reject to his weird funeral where all the heroes who never cared about him or interacted with him at all while he was around (even after they "remembered" who he was) are recalling how he was their BESTEST FRIEND EVER

Nevertheless, he played a huge role in Dark Reign, so if anything it's surprising he hasn't made it into the game already
